Chapter 27

Emily's POV

Last night I went to bed happy, for once. I thought Shawn was my path to happiness, but now I think it's Matthew. He didn't rush into anything and I'm so thankful for that.

"Morning butthead." taylor says walking in.

"Good morning." I say hugging him.

"I miss youu bestfriend"

"I miss you too Tay, want to go shopping?"

"Yes! Hayes can come too!"

"Okay."

Just then Hayes walked in.

"Speaking of the devil." I say smiling.

"Whatt?" Hayes asks.

"Want to come shopping with Tay and I?"

"Of course! Get ready now!!"

I start to play music when I see I have a text from Matt.

Matthew: Good morning beautiful. I had an amazing time last night. Would you like to go on another tonight? Around 6?

Me: abosolutely! I had so much fun last night too.

Then I got ready. I put on shorts and a crop top and vans. Then I met Hayes and Taylor downstairs.

"Bye guys." we all three said.

"Where you goin?" Aaron asked.

"Mall."

"Okay have fun, be careful." Aaron said.

"Aw Aaron do you wanna come?" I ask

"Yes.."

"Then get your butt over here and let's go!" Taylor said.

Aaron grabbed his wallet and we left.

At the mall I bought a new outfit for tonight. It was a black and white striped maxi skirt and a black crop top.

The boys bought a ton of stuff.

When I was looking for shoes Taylor, Aaron, and Hayes come over to me.

"These shoes would look perfect with that skirt." Hayes says smiling at black sandals.

"Yes they would, thank you Hayes." I say picking out my size.

When I set them up the women ring them up and Hayes paid.

"You always do this, I owe you lunch."

"Nah."

I roll my eyes and walk to a different store to get jewelry.

"Em, do you like this?" Tay asks.

"Yes! Is perfect! I'm gonna buy it for tonight!"

"Nope, I'm buying it." Taylor says running over and laying.

I roll my eyes and look for a braclet when Aaron shows me one that matches the necklace.

"Aaron that's perfect! Give it to me so I can buy it!" I say smiling.

Aaron quickly walked over to the cashier and paid.

"Thank you guys for buying me this stuff. I'm buying lunch!"

"FOOD!" They all yell.

For lunch I bought us all subs.

At 2 we left the mall and went home so I could get ready.

I put my completed outfit on when Cameron walked in.

"Hey Cammy."

"Hey Em. you look gorgeous, you make me such a proud brother and I don't tell you enough."

"Aw come here." I say giving him a hug.

He watched me do my make up while I let my curling wand heat up.

"Do you want me to curl your hair?" Cameron asked.

"If you want." I say smiling.

After 20 minutes he completed my hair and it was perfect.

"Thank you so much Cameron, it's perfect!" I say.

"No problem, now go have fun." He says

I kiss him on the cheek and go downstairs. It was 5:58 when I walked down.

"Hey, you ready?" Matt says smiling.

I grab my phone and purse.

"Yep." I say taking his hand and leaving.

When we get in the car we talk about what we did today. After about 10 minutes we arrived at a carnival.

"Aw Matt this is so cute!"

We ate dinner and rode rides. We also took a lot of selfies.

"Wanna go on the Ferris wheel?" He asked.

"Yes!" I says smiling.

He took a picture of him kissing me on the cheek and me smiling. It was the cutest.

We were stuck at the top when Matt says "Emily, I know you have had a rough time, but I would love to fix all those broken pieces. I am crazy in love with your beautiful self. Would you please be my girlfriend?"

"Yes Matthew Lee Espinosa, I will be your girlfriend." I say smiling bigger than I have all night. I'm so glad I have the perfect boyfriend.
