Chapter 7

Third person P.O.V

As General Hux saw the X-wing fighters he alerted our troops and Snoke. "Stupid Rebel Scum. They won't make it to our base. They are fools." He spat. He then called for the TIE fighters to attack.

"No. Let them come." Kylo looked over to General Hux "There is a traitor among their fleet and there is only a few." General Hux stared at Kylo "Have you gone mad?! Ignore him, attack those-" He was then cut off as Kylo extended his arm in front of Hux.

"Supreme.. Leader.. won't.. take.. kindly.. to.. this-" He began gasping for air. Once Kylo had enough he let him go. Before they knew it the X-wing fighters were in the ship. Kylo began walking down to meet the girl who sacrificed everything for him.

(Y/n) P.O.V

As the ships landed inside the First Order's base. Poe and his Squadron came out of their ships too. You saw many Storm Troopers running in your direction with you their blasters ready.

You grabbed your lightsaber and ignited it. The red flashed brightly against your face. Poe gasped as the storm troopers ran past you.

"T-traitor! I thought we could trust you!!" He struggled against the grip of the storm troopers. You looked back at him putting your lightsaber away.

"Take them away. We can use them for questioning." You looked back to see who had just spoken and it was Kylo Ren. As the storm troopers left with Poe and his squadron, you began to run over to Kylo.

You then stopped in front of him, you both stared at each other for a while. He grabbed your arm and led you down one of the corridors. He checked if anyone was around and then put his forehead on yours.

"I'm so glad to see you, in person that is." You smile brightly and place your hands on his face, you traced his scar that ran across the right side of his face. He winced slightly and you began to move your hand away, he grabbed it and put it back to his face.

"I'm sorry." You both said it at the same time, he looked at you apologetically "it's just that no one has touched my scar except the medical droids." You kissed his nose "I understand Ben. You don't need to explain yourself, not to me."

He nodded slowly and kissed you. It felt real, when you kissed him through the force, you knew he wasn't really there. But this time it was real. His lips were soft and they seemed to fit with yours like you had been missing a piece your whole life and you've finally found it.

He wrapped his arms around you, which made you feel safe with him. You wrapped your arms around his neck, running your fingers through his long black hair. Then you heard a gasp, you both pulled away and looked over at who gasped.

He pointed at Kylo and laughed "Just you wait until Supreme Leader Snoke hears about-" You extended your arm quickly "You will forget about what you saw and go back to your troops." He then straightened himself up "I will forget about what I saw and go back to my troops." He then walked away.

"He deserved that." Kylo smirked and looked at you "I'm impressed (y/n)." He held your hand tightly "You'll be staying in my private quarters with me. If that's okay with you." You nodded, you wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Being with the First Order was all new and confusing.

You both made your way down to his quarters, as his door opened you looked around in amazement. He had this all to himself- Or he used to. Until you came into his life that is.

Your eyes came across a table of ashes, you wandered over to it. He came up behind you "That table has the ashes of the enemies I've killed." You looked back at him, his face was full of excitement. When he was like this it scared you slightly.

He noticed your fear, he stepped back slightly and held out his hand "Sorry." You took his hand and smiled "You don't need apologise. If you like it, I like it." He rolled his eyes playfully and walked you over to another door. Which lead to his bed.

You walked into his room and looked around. He scratched the back of his head "I know it's not perfect in here-" You lay down on the end of his bed "It doesn't need to be perfect, it's fine the way it is." He smiles and laid down next to you.

"You're so optimistic." He laughed slightly
"I see the good in things not the bad." You looked at him and he looked back at you as you mentioned that "Unless you're General Hux." He joked and you laughed.

"You got that right Ben." You smiled and closed your eyes. It had been a long day for you and honestly laying down on Kylo's bed had made you feel even more tired.

He noticed that you were falling asleep. He picked you up and placed you on the bed properly. He then kissed your forehead and smiled "Night (y/n). One day, you and I will rule the galaxy. I promise you."
