I began writing this book in the fall of 2016, so Janie and her friends went through a lot of changes between then and now. This author's note was initially to explain why I deleted a character entirely halfway through the book, but now that she has been thoroughly removed from the book, there's no need to talk about that, haha.
The point is, if you are writing and you need to change something, don't worry about changing everything and starting over. Change what you need to, if it's on Wattpad, let your readers know, and keep on keeping on. This is a super supportive community of writers and we will love your story no matter what. Just let it live its life. :-)
