CHAPTER 7 : A dream
Zheexhie's POV
I moan and rise up and down on his lap.
"Faster," he whispers.
And I move faster and faster. He groans and his hand tips my head back as he nibbles my neck.
"Oh, Zhee, I love you." he groans and follows my lead as he bucks into me, finding his own release. He kisses my shoulder and smoothes my hair from my face.
"Zhee," someone murmurs.
"Hmm."
"Zheexhie Zipphora Monte Carlos! Wake up or else I will pour this hot chocolate in your face!"
"Ahh!!!!" I shouted and jump off the bed. "Damn you!"
"Damn you ka dyan! O, heto binilhan kita ng hot chocolate. Bumangon ka na dyan at nag text si Genesis sa 'kin na he'll be here in 30 minutes." sabi niya at umalis ng kwarto ko.
Ha? Genesis will be here in 30 minutes? "Anong oras na ba?"
"Oras na para maghanda ka dyan at baka maabutan ka pa 'nung tao na naglalaway. I sweaf Bebs nakakahiya sa suitor mo."
Suitor? Ano daw?
Umiling-iling ako at tingnan ang sarili sa salamin. Shit! I looked like a zombie. Tumakbo ako papunta ng banyo at naligo. Jeez! Paano nalang kaya pag nakita ako ni Genesis na ganito ang hitsura? It would be my worst nightmare. Ang presentable ko sa labas tapos dito ganito? Oh em gee!
Anyway, why do I care on this? Oh my! Namumula na naman 'yung tenga ko. Fuck! Mabilis akong naligo at tinakpan ng tuwalya 'yung salamin dahil nakakairita 'yung pula kung tenga. Jusko po marimar!
Pagkatapos kung maligo pumasok ako sa kusina at umupo sa isang silya malapit sa pinto. I stared at the back of Blue. She's humming while washing the dishes. Magsasalita na sana ako nang biglang nag ring 'yung telephone ng condo.
"Can you answer it Bebs." pakiusap ni Blue.
Tumayo ako at pinuntahan ang ring ng ring na telephone. I take a deep steadying breath, pick up the phone, and asnwer the damn call.
"Love?" A very familiar voice answers on the other line.
"Harvey? Why the hell are you calling me "love"? Or...." I let out a wicked smile. "Oh my gosh!"
"I'm sorry. Andyan ba si Blue?"
"Blue or love?"
"Ewan ko sayo." Binaba niya bigla at natawa nalang ako.
"Blue!" I call. Moments later she pokes her head around the door to find me standing beside the sofa.
"Yes, Zheexhie?"
"May hindi ka ba sinasabi sa 'kin?" I tap my foot in the floor waiting for her answer.
"Actually. . . " she walk towards the refrigerator. "I have something to tell you. About me and Harvey. Ahm. . . kami na."
I gasp. "Blue! Why didn't you tell me? Gosh! When? Where?"
"Three days ago."
Niyakap ko siya ng mahigpit. "I'm happy for you Blue."
"Please Bebs wala ka munang pagsasabihan nito. Gusto ko munang tayo-tayo lang. Ayoko ng maraming nakakaalam."
I nod. "Oo naman. I know you both want a privacy. Don't 'ya worry my friend."
"Magbibihis lang ako." sabi ko at hinalikan siya sa pisnge. "Tell me more later, 'kay?"
"You've got to be kidding me Blue. Talaga bang ginawa niya 'yun? I can't imagine."
"I'm not lying Miss Monte Carlos. Ginawa niya talaga 'yun. I was surprised too, you know? I never thought a man like him would do such thing."
Nag-uusap kami ngayon ni Blue tungkol sa panliligaw ni Harvey sa kanya. Nakakatuwang isipin na ang isang Famindalan maiinlove sa isang katulad ni Blue. I mean no offense. Harvey is a playboy. Hindi mo lang makikita sa mukha niya but deep inside you will definitely know if you seek to find. Tama nga 'yung kasabihang "Don't judge the book by its cover".
"Teka, nasaan na ba 'yung si Genesis at lagoas 30 minutes na." pag-iiba niya sa usapan.
"I-I don't know Blue."
"Did you check your phone? Baka nag text siya sayo." sabi niya at tiningnan ko naman kaagad ang cell phone ko. But no text message from him.
"Call him."
Bumuntong hininga ako at dinial ang numero niya. Nakailang ring na pero walang sumasagot. I ended the call. Please, don't keep me waiting Genesis.
Bigla nalang pumasok sa isipan ko si Llyam.
"Bebs," tawag sa 'kin ni Blue. "Ano na?"
"I dreamed about Llyam, Blue." I said. "He said again that he loves me."
She rolled her eyes. "Bakit ba ayaw mo siyang kalimutan Zhee? The two of you, its over. The moment he closed his eyes----"
"Stop."
"I know that you really love him. Nakikita ko naman e. Pero sana naman kalimutan mo na siya. Your wrecking your life because of him. Why don't you open your heart. Open your heart to someone who will do everything to make you forget him."
Tiningnan ko siya. "No one can erase Llyam in my heart, my soul and my memories. He's bound to me."
"What about Genesis? Papaasahin mo siya gano'n? Maawa ka naman sa tao Bebs."
"What are you talking about?"
"Pumayag ka sa alok niyang mag date kayo. Sa tingin mo ano ngayon ang iisipin niya?"
"This is just a friendly date. Nothing more, nothing less. Binibigyan mo ng malesya Blue e. Bakit ka ba ganyan?"
"He's into you Zhee. Don't hurt his feelings just because of your undying love for Llyam. He's already dead."
"He's dead yet he's alive here." tinuro ko ang puso ko. "Alive and awake."
"I don't get you." sabi niya at tumayo.
"I don't get myself either." I whispered.
