Evangeline's P.O.V
"Evangeline get down here sweetie. You don't want to be late." My mother Ruby yells. I'm groaning but I yell back "Alright I'm coming gosh" Walking over to my walk in closet I picked out a simple outfit. I grabbed my midnight blue dress. Then ran out to grab my black flats. I then turned my focus on my hair. Straightening my already perfectly straightened hair. Grabbing my keys I headed downstairs. Only to remember I forgot my phone. Sprinting back I grabbed it an ran down the stairs. I looked at my mom. "Mom please stop crying. I'm going to be fine." I said very gently. My mom wipes her eyes and says "I'm sorry baby. I just can only hope you'll find your mate today." Ugh really again with this werewolf stuff I mentally say. "Mom seriously I didn't ask to be a werewolf. Especially if I'm meant to be 'special'." I replied as cooly as I could. I could already see the hurt on my moms face. But I couldn't help it. I mean I only just shifted and she already wants me to find my mate. "I'm sorry Evangeline. I don't meant I rush you. But I want grand babies one day." She just crossed the line. "Mom grand babies. Are you serious right now! I'm only 17. Just finding out I'm a powerful werewolf an you want grand babies!" I yelled at her losing my cool. I didn't notice until I was done but my mom was crying. I seriously hurt her feelings. "I don't mean to rush you sweetie. I'm so sorry. That can wait. But you might want to get going. You'll be late. I love you have a good day." My mom says softly. Sighing this day just hasn't been very good so far. "I love you too mom. I'm sorry forgive me alright? I'll call you on my way home." I say to my mom giving her a hug. "Okay sweetie goodbye!" My mom shooed me away towards the door. Driving to this new school only toke me about 30 minutes or so. The whole time I'm trying to mentally prepare myself for what's about to come. Then suddenly I get a feeling today is going to be a good day. I step out of the car. Instantly feeling everyone's eyes on me. Looking at the ground I continue to walk. I enter the front office to get my classes. Okay so far everything's alright I tell myself. I'm walk to my first class when this absolutely mouth watering smell overtakes my being. Mint an spice what a wonderful smell. Which could only belong to.. Yup you can guess my mate. My wolf Moon which means the night time light of the sky. Is bouncing up an down screaming mate!! I look to see who this belongs to. But I can't seem to locate him. Suddenly someone grabs my waist an pulls me into the hall. Surprised I yelped. I turn to see a huge guy about 6'6 with the best body I've ever seen. Eyes that are such a beautiful golden brown. With the lightest brown hair I've ever seen. He's staring at me an whispers mate.
