"I love you, Josh." tyler said. His shoulders slouched, it felt unreal. "Josh, I am in love with you." He shook his head it wasn't good enough. "Joshua William Dun, I am deeply infatuated with you." Still nothing. He wanted the first time he said this to be special.

Three months, it has been three months since they have been together and neither of them had said the three words. Tyler wanted it to be special, he wanted to kiss Joshua and lay at night under stars and when there was a long silence he would say 'I love you'. And Josh would say it too, but at the same time.

They would look at each other and keep saying it until their breaths were used to connect their lips together and soon be stripped of their clothes and slowly loving each other all the way. Slowly and passionately.

And in the end he was wrapped in a blanket under stars and wake with sunlight beating their skin, and the first words they would speak as they looked into each others eyes would be, I love you. But Tyler could only imagine.

Tyler was only waiting for Josh to get home. Soon the sun was setting and Josh was supposed to be here anytime now, and Tyler was so ready. 'I love you'. The door was then being knocked on and Tyler's eyebrows furrowed.

Tyler rose from the couch and moved so he was then standing in front the door. He opened it, facing two officers with solemn faces. "Are you Tyler Joseph?" Tyler nodded his head.

"We are sorry for your loss. Officer Josh Dun, had been shot during a robbery. The man who attempted in shooting the criminal had missed and the criminal shot Joshua in his chest. We are very sorry"

Tyler's eyes had blown wide. He moved backwards, dropping down until he was sitting on his bum in the house. He was caving in, and soon tears began to fall and he began screaming. One of the officers attempted in calming him down.

But all they did was tend to him and laid him on the couch. "Sir, Mr. Joseph? Would you like us to bring Officer Dun's things here or would you like us to get rid of them?"

Tyler opened his eyes, looking at the officer. "Please bring them h-here." The officer nodded. And soon the two officers left Tyler in the house, by himself, in silence.

After a few days, the funeral had come around. Tyler stood on the pedestal and unraveled the paper he had written. He began to speak out, to the officers, friends and family. Talked about Josh, what he observed in the young man. And how his life had been snactched.

He wished he had more time. They all did. He played with the ring that was found in Josh's box of stuff from his job. It didn't fit his finger, but he kept it close, playing with the ring, as he spoke his last words.

"I love you, Josh Dun."
