Notice: Sorry to bother you, but I'd just like to remind you that I cannot write in accents. If there are any mistakes where Durmstrang or Beauxbatons students are talking, then they're probably supposed to be there...even if the sentence seems awkward. Anyway, please take the time to vote/fan/comment/read more! The first task is coming up in the next few chapters. I'm having trouble decided what exactly the tasks will be, but they will come! Thanks once again and happy reading!

Just as I reached the Great Hall doors, I had to slow myself down to keep from running into a familiar person that had just rounded the corner. "Oh Victoire." The person said and smiled kindly at me, but the smile didn't reach her eyes.
"I'm Nicola, if you didn't already know." She said with a sugary tone.
"Oh well, hi there." I said, not quite caring. I tried looking over her shoulder, to see if I could see Teddy. I couldn't, he must have managed to run off.
"Are you in a hurry?" She asked, cocking her head to the side. She had managed to block most of the entrance along with a few friends.
"Actually, I am." I said, hoping the annoyance I was feeling wasn't heard in my tone of voice.
"Oh, are you looking for Teddy?" Her eyes grew dark, and I wasn't surprised she knew who I was looking for.
"Why does it matter?" I asked her, narrowing my eyes.
"Oh no it doesn't I suppose," She shrugged innocently, "but in case you are, he went down to the lake."
I was confused. "Alright...thanks?" I said as I forced myself through a gap that had just appeared in the entrance.
"Oh, but Victoire," She said, grabbing my arm and pulling me to the side. "I highly doubt he wants to see you right now."
I didn't trust her words. "Alright then..." I turned, but she grabbed me again.
"Word of advice though. I don't know what it is you think you two have together, but I just want to make sure you know to be careful around him. Trust me, I know he can be irresistible, but he gets bored easily. He'll crush your heart if you aren't exciting enough for him. Even if things don't work out between you, he'll still expect the regular rendezvous if you know what I mean...he still does things with me for example," She smiled venomously. "Just be careful. Those rumors that you probably have heard aren't all false. He is after all, the player of all players; a flirt. Like I said, be careful." She walked away with a satisfied smirk on her face.
I just stood there and considered what she had said. She must be right about a few of those things. For one, he was a player, everyone knew that. Two, he had crushed hearts before. And three, he probably was having those 'rendezvous' episodes with Nicola. I decided to at least talk to him, but to set things straight. I knew I shouldn't let Nicola get to me, and she probably did lie, but even I knew a few of those things she said were true. I found myself dragging my feet behind me towards the lake.

Teddy's P.O.V
Splash! 'Ten'. Splash! 'Eleven'. I continued, throwing each rock further than the last. The anger was boiling inside me and I figured throwing rocks would help...if that makes sense. "You." Splash! "Lying." Splash! "Bitch." Splash! I said through gritted teeth, following each word with a satisfying splash.
"Teddy?" I heard a hesitant voice behind me.
Not Nicola... I mentally groaned. "What?!" I snapped and turned around.
Victoire watched me with wide, apologetic and surprised eyes. "This might not be such a good time..." She turned to leave.
"Wait Victoire, I'm sorry, I thought you were someone else." I sighed and sat down.
