KEEPING THEM (FOURTH PART)

"Boys?" You said knocking at the door, interrupting the 'mini meeting' they have.

"Yes?" Sungjin said pushing the door open, smiling at you, a kind of smile who are hesitant.

"Were leaving in ten minutes, brush your teeth and we're going shopping" You said letting out a sincere smile, you saw how the other kids face lighten up.

"Yaaaah! Dowoon-ah? Lets go brush your teeth!". Junhyeok said helping Dowoon to stand up, the Maknae look at you with longing ness which you return with a smile.

"I'll be downstairs" You said and walk out of the room.

You hear little footsteps rushing down the stairs, you turn to look at them and your heart leap in joy on how they have smile on their faces.

"Lets go Mommy!" Wonpil said slipping his small hands on you.

"Lets go sweetie!" You said trying to be kind.

"Why she become so kind all of the sudden?" You hear someone murmur from the back, you look to them to find Sungjin smacking Jae on the head.

'looks like I will be getting a hard time winning this boy's heart huh?' you mumbled to yourself.

"Fasten your seatbelts boys" You said as you buckle in your seatbelt, you turn your head to look at them and they are all buckled up.

"Lets go" You said and followed by a loud cheering of toddlers, not until someone shushed them down and the way to the supermarket went dead silent.

"Don't leave my side okay?" You said pushing a cart, you carry Dowoon and put him inside the cart.

"Me too Mommy!" Wonpil said stretching his little arms wide for you to carry him which you gladly did sitting him beside Dowoon.

"Gosh, she's too young to have six little sons" You heard someone said and you look to find two middle age woman who are whispering to each other, you decided to ignore them, and look to the other boys, Sungjin, and Junhyeok walking side by side ahead of your cart, Younghyun step on the cart wheel so he is riding it, giggling at you, while Jae on the other hand at your back crossing his arms on his chest.

"Do you need anything Jae? Just pick it and put in the cart". You said smiling at the little kid.

"I don't need anything". He said not looking at you.

"Look, baby, I'm sorry for what happened earlier, I'm shock, all my life I've been living alone and-"

"You're living alone?" Wonpil said looking at you innocently.

"Yes, and-"

"No monsters take you?" Dowoon said with big eyes.

"Monsters? Ahh, no, sweetie, I'm here, no one will take me" You said and pinch his chubby cheeks.

"So you're going to sleep with me later? Because monsters are afraid of you?" Dowoon said with a pleading look.

"Sure honey, and Jae-" You look to your back again to found him nowhere to be seen.

"Did you see Jae? He's walking behind us" You ask the boys stopping from walking ahead, which makes Sungjin and Junhyeok in front stop too.

"I don't" Younghyun said, "I'm looking for the good chips" he said stepping down at the cart.

"Obviously, were in front so we don't saw him too" Sungjin said, holding Junhyeok's hand.

"Where did he go?" You said panic arising in your chest, you don't know how to take care of kids and what to do in the situations like this.

"I'll go find Jae, stay here Sungjin, Junhyeok and Younhyun, look for Dowoon and Wonpil, don't leave this place okay?" You said dashing out of the aisle, looking in every direction while running to search for Jae.

"Miss? Do you see a boy with blonde hair and have round glasses?" You ask the lady guard you spotted.

"Yes, he run outside of the store"

"Thank you, but can you look for my other kids too? There are five of them, please don't let them leave the store, I let you know if I came back" You said pleading the guard and when she nodded you run outside right away.

You were running on the parking lot when you saw a blonde hair sticking out of the tree, you look behind the tree to find Jae, 'thank goodness' you mumbled as you pant.

"Hey little boy" You said trying to sound calm, even though your heart is beating so fast out of nervousness.

"You want us to go away right? Don't look for me anymore!" He shouted and stood up smoothing his shirt as he turn his back at you.

"Stop being stubborn Jae and lets get inside to meet your brothers, don't make us worry" You said about to grab his arm but he back off.

"Don't ever touch me! I thought you were kind because you looks like Mommy, but you're not! But maybe yes, both of you are going to leave me too!" He said with streams of tears running down his cheeks.

"I'm sorry baby, please give Noona a chance? Please? I won't leave you I promise, I will keep you, keep all of you with me, I don't have a plan to throw you or give you away just like what Mommy did to me" You said and let the tears roll down on your cheeks seeing Jae with a shock face.

"Mo-mommy? Don't cry please!" He said and hug your waist, snugging his face on your tummy.

"I won't, if you promise to me that you will never do this again? That you're not going to leave me, us, or even plant a hatred in your heart, understand?". You said pushing his chin upward lightly to look him in the eyes.

"I promise Mommy" he said with a sincere smile which makes your heart warm, this, this is the feeling you were looking for a long time, to be loved like this.

As you held his small hands on yours, you decided that you will be keeping them.
