(Complete) Dragon girl (Astrid X Fem Reader)

Give Up or Leave

You awake in your room in Astrid's house. You lift yourself out of the bed. Your whole body aches.  You leave the room. Hiccup is there. You walk out of the house quickly. Astrid is outside with Stormfly. "Hey Astrid." You say walking up to her. She turns around with tears in her eyes. "What's wrong?" You ask. Hiccup walks out of the house. "Y/N we need to talk." He says sternly. You turn around. "What is it?" You ask shyly. "Give up your spot as Alpha or get off my island." Your heart stops. Either give up your power to your dragons or leave with them. You begin to cry. You roar. Your dragons fly up and your night fury flys to your side. "Then say good bye to saving the Night furys." You jump on your dragon and take to the sky. You and all your dragons fly away. You don't dare to look back. For you were leaving the only humans you knew as nice to dragons. You fly for awhile until you find an island. There was plenty of green land. You smile. Though not as safe as the other places you knew how to control your dragons now. You were the Alpha and the Alpha you would stay. You land with all your dragons. There were caves and trees. You look out to the ocean. You see fish jump out of the water and you smile. You could tell it would be perfect here. Better than giving up all your dragons. You look down. The only thing you hated about leaving was you left Astrid. You sigh. Then you jump off Midnight. You sit on the ground and look out to the way Berk was. You see a dragon. It was Hiccup. You groan. You shoot plasma at the rider. You knock Hiccup off and both go down to the ocean. You get on Midnight and command some dragons to help you. You swoop down into the water and get Hiccup and the other dragons get toothless. You bring them to the island. You put them in a cave. Toothless growls at you. "Shut it. Your lucky I don't kill both you and him." You tell the dragon and it quiets up. Midnight walks over to Toothless and nuzzles him. You smile. It was cute but you couldn't keep Toothless and you couldn't give up your dragons. "Save the night furys live with Astrid and lose my dragons or Leave stay the Alpha of my dragons never see Astrid and let all Night furys parish." You say in your head. You didn't know what to do. Your dragons were your family and life. However, you want to save all Night Furys and stay with Astrid. You tell one of your dragons to watch Hiccup and Toothless and walk to the edge of your island. You see another dragon five others actually. It's Hiccup's group of friends. They land by you. "Wheres Hiccup?" Astrid asks seeming stern and oddly mad. You point to the cave. Astrid jumps off her dragon and walks to the cave to see Hiccup knocked out on the cave floor. "What did you do?" Astrid asks worry in her eyes as she faces you. "I protected my family. I do not trust him. He is too much of a risk to my clan." You growl. "Now take him back. I want nothing to do with him. Or you." You look down at your last words. You needed her to go. You knew she would probably try and stop you from staying away from Berk. And she'd probably win in the end. "How about you help us you did this." Snotlout says. You turn to him. You growl. You turn to Midnight who walks over to you quickly. You jump on. "I'm going to go now and if any of you come and find me I will kill you." You say sternly. You shoot to the sky and roar all the dragons fly up to you. You speed away even further from Berk. You feel yourself start to cry. It was the end of something that seemed promising. You knew that you couldn't go back now. You knew there was no place for you on Berk. You were probably to killed if you ever came back to Berk. You looked back only to see you had gone so far away from the island that it was no more than a speck in the distance. You looked to the ocean in front of you. It was going to be a long journey to find the perfect island.
