You were sitting on the edge of your island. You see Midnight flying towards the island. She lands by you and does her dragon smile. You smile back at her. "They didn't follow you did they?" You ask in dragon tongue. "They tried but failed." She says back to you. You look up to the sky wishing that Astrid did follow for some odd reason. "No this is for the best. Astrid is better off without me." You say to yourself. Though you didn't believe it. You and her loved each other. You knew that. You start to wonder if you could still go back. You wonder if it wasn't too late and you and Astrid could still be happy together. "No she probably hates me by now. But she did try to follow Midnight so maybe she still loves me. No they probably just want me back so I can help them. Or Maybe everyone misses me? No they wouldn't." You keep talking to yourself and don't notice Astrid and Heather flying towards your island. Midnight smacks you with her tail and you look at her. She looks up to the sky and you do the same. You see Astrid and Heather. "Fuck no. They can't be here. Astrid needs to go I'm a monster I'll just hurt her." You get up and unfold your wings. However, a dragon, Wind Sheer, lands on you. Heather jumps off her dragon and looks at you with anger. Astrid lands beside you. "Y/N!" She yells tears streaming down her face. Your heart stopped and you caught a lump in your throat. You tried so hard not to cry. "What have I done? I hurt her. Why did I think this was smart? I'm stupid." You said in your head. "I'm sorry...." You whisper. You begin to cry not able to stop these tears. You hurt the love of your life. You left her without a goodbye. Heather commands Wind Sheer to get off of you. When she does, you sit up. Astrid sits beside you and hugs you tightly. "Please, come back. I hate being apart from you." She cries into your shoulder. You sigh. "I want to but-" "but nothing. If you wanna come back come back Y/N." Heather snaps. You whimper. You can see the anger in her eyes fade as she sighs and looks away. "Y/N please just come back with us." Heather says sitting down. "It's been hurting Astrid because you haven't been around." She says looking back to you tears now forming in her eyes. "Everyone misses you, but not nearly as much as Astrid does." She looks away again. You look at Astrid who is looking up at you with pleading eyes. Tears still sliding down her cheeks. "I'm sorry I left." You say and you kiss Astrid on the lips. She kisses you back. You pull away from her after a few seconds. "I was wrong to leave." You sigh. "I will come back." As you say that Astrid smiles. "Thank you." She says burying her face in your chest. You blush. "Let's go love birds." Heather says jumping on Wind Sheer. You look up at her and smile. You and Astrid get up. Astrid jumps on her dragon and you unfold your wings and take to the sky. You roar and the small amount of dragons you have jump to the sky. You, Astrid, and Heather fly back to the island.
