being a man is different.
there's a degree
of confidence included.the way men walk,
straighter back
relaxed steps.men stand stiffly
sometimes a hand
in a pocket
while women shift
from hip to hip.men eat differently.
they use their jaw
more than women
take quick, small bites.men seem more relaxed
women seem uptight.men don't cross
their legs like women.
they don't or they
put an ankle on a knee.men take up as much
space as possible.
women try to be small
enough to disappear.one starts to notice
the changes
when they blur the lines
between genders.the craziest thing
is that with gendersome feel one
some flip flop
some change
some feel neitherhowever, an outsider
cannot intervene.
a person's gender
isn't yours to question.
it doesn't involve you.
you aren't in their body.
you have no right to
judge and criticize.
it's not your burden.
just respect all,
and move on.at the end of the day,
does it really matter
if your son isn't
really a boy?if a person loves you
for who you are,
hold them.
never let go.
