Chapter 9:the sin that is love

Toni's pov:
I woke up at 4:00 am ,i looked down at Cheryl who was soundly asleep . I got out of bed making sure not to wake her I went to the bathroom. When I got into the bathroom everything was dizzy the room kept spinning over and over again . I grabbed both sides of the counter,to try and keep myself uphold ,while staring at my reflection trying to find someone that I used to know , but I was scared- scared at the fact that I liked it I liked being on my own living every moment on borrowed time. I put my head down , but when I looked up I saw Cheryl standing at the door looking at me through the mirror .

Narrators prospective:
Toni quickly turned around wiping the look of uncertainty on her face."good morning I  couldn't sleep that well"."are you okay"."I'm-i mange ",Toni said trying to smile .
Cheryl walked up to her and lifted her chin "are you okay?",she asked again knowing that Toni was clearly lying . "I promise you Cheryl I'm fine" Toni said back trying to get off the topic"."Look since were up early I know you don't have anything to wear so do you want to stop at your place and grab a few things ?". "Yeah,yea sure just let me throw on  something right quick". "Okay". But as Cheryl started walking out the bathroom Toni still leaning up against the counter she went back and kissed Toni holding her head in her hands ." Good morning",she walked out again leaving Toni with a unexpected smile.
They were heading to school after they stopped by Cheryl's house she had to sneak in to get in and out without questions. They put Cheryl's stuff in the back and would bring it back to Tonis place after school.as they were pulling in the driveway Toni got a call - a call from Fp.

Fp:I have a job for you this morning.you up for it?
Toni:yea ,I guess
Fp:no Toni you're in our you're out?
Toni :fine yes I'm up for it
Fp:good meet at my trailer in 20 yea?
Toni:okay

"Who was that?"."uh Fp he has a job I can do this morning "."and before you start you have to remember I have no choice"." I wasn't going to say that "."oh",Toni paused "what were you going to say then?"."I don't know". It was silent for about a minute "if I'm going to make it there in time I have to leave now,but I'll be back by first bell"."okay",Cheryl said in return Toni was a little shocked that she wasn't begging her to stay,but Toni couldn't wait for more expression .Toni opened to car door before Cheryl pulled her arm holding her hand "promise to come back"."always ".Toni got out of the car and walked across the lot to her motorcycle she had left yesterday , she got on a drove away.

Cheryl's pov:
Toni was back now , and I wanted to know what had happened, but I couldn't show it. Or maybe I could you know just walk up to her and talk to her , she made friends with Reggie and almost all the vixens I think that gains major points in my book .and I then remembered last night I told Toni that I would lose everything to be with her so that's what I was doing taking one for the team. I walked up to her "oh I think you're at the wrong locker red"."greaser snake right?",I said loving the role play."no,I do believe and I quote queen of the buskers you know the last I checked",Toni said smirking."you know you're so many things it's hard to keep track"."mhmm",Toni mumbled putting her bag into her locker."so how did the job you know - how did it go",I said leaning in ."it was okay I owe less money than I did before so that's a start ",Toni said while  holding her thumbs up with a fake smile.
"Walk me to class?"."wait are you serious Cheryl blossom with a south side serpent by her side are you sure that won't ruin your rep?"."oh shut up",I said before grabbing her arm and walking to class.

Narrators prospective:
It was lunch time. The school was now integrated jocks and serpents , vixens and serpents ,everything was clam . Cheryl was sitting at a lunch table with the vixens discussing new routines. Toni was walking outside trying to find new inspiration for pictures. She saw a empty table and sat on the top of it fiddling with her camera.

Sweet peas pov:
I was sitting down next to jughead,archie,and fangs when I saw Toni we haven't talked in a while and I decided to get up and walk over to her . "What's up?"."The sky"."hahaha very funny,can I sit?", I asked ."at your on risk",she said with a smile."what are you working on ?"."I don't know I'm sorta blocked"."well I would be to if was doing drug runs"I said kidding but totally not kidding."fuck you",Toni said playfully hitting my arm.but as I looked over to the other table  a certain red head caught my eye."so Cheryl huh?"." Cheryl what?"."okay if you want to we can play it like that".her head was still down toying with her camera but she laughed at the comment.I looked back over to Cheryl and saw her flip her hair in my direction."I don't think she likes me very much",I said whispering to Toni."and why is that?",she said waiting for a funny answer.i hesitantly spoke "because I like you ".she looked at me but the humor on her face faded into confusion."sweet pea",she started."Look don't start with the pity  I just need to know,do you love her?"."yes",she said not looking at me.i bumped her shoulder indicating for her to look up at me," well I  guess I'll just have to wait for you"."sweet pea,I-"."I love you I moved on and so did you but I believe in my heart that you were made for me".i got off the table but before I did I planted a kiss on Toni's cheek. And walked off ,but before I got to far I yelled back "you know until this phase wears off"."phase?",she asked"."I'm glad you admitted it", as I turned around to see her laugh .
