Scott McCall's Point of View.

We were all in Derek's loft, talking, laughing, whatever we had in our minds. And we were happy. We had homework that we started, Derek was looking at the window, hoping that Peter would came back and give us the big news that he said on the phone. And after some hours, he came running and all red.

"What happened to you?" I asked approaching him.

"Hu-hunter, me, bad conversation." He said in between breaths and with a smirk.

"Gosh, Peter, when are you going to learn not to run into hunters." Isaac said getting off his couch and approached him.

Peter regained his posture and sat on the floor. He looked at us and then at the floor. "There's another pack here." He said.

Derek looked at him. "Werewolves?"

Peter shook his head.

"Foxes?"

He shook his head again.

"Vampires?"

He shook his head.

"Then, a pack of what?" I asked.

Peter looked at me with dead eyes. "Humans."

Liam laughed. "Humans? If they're humans why are you all work out for? We dealt with humans before."

Peter mocked his laugh. "They are no ordinary humans. I smelled the Scorch on them, it's formed by four persons. One is an old middle-age man, two boys, one asian looking, the other had a tan and a girl about twenty years old the three of them."

Long ago, well, more or less four years ago. The world was consumed by the sun and we called them Flares. Somehow, it's possible that because of the supernatural, Beacon Hills was intact. The Flares didn't get in and the Flare, a deadly virus that attacked the brain and made you a zombie or that's what they told me in History, didn't contaminate to no one. But we knew about the outside world situation. We knew that there was people surving for food and another day to live on the Scorch.

"Continue." Derek ordered and gained a roll of eye from Peter.

"I heard their conversation, the old man's name is Jorge, the asian boy's name is Minho, the girl's name is Brenda and the last boy's name is." He made a pause and sighed. "Thomas."

"And?" Liam asked.

"They are from the Scorch. That's all I heard before they left. But we have a bigger problem."

"Which is?" I asked.

"The leader. It's not the old man, he's a beta. The same with the asian boy and the girl. It's Thomas, who's leader and he doesn't seem so fond of werwolves or any supernatural creatures."

Isaac shrugged. "It's a human, that's what you're all forgetting. Who cares if he doesn't like the supernatural, we have powers, he's defenceless."

Peter gave a bitter laugh. "This is the cue for the problem. The Alpha is something that will cause us problems, Scarf Boy."

"What's so special about the Alpha?" I asked.

He looked at me directly in the eyes. "He's just like you. He's a True Alpha, he was before you, Scott. He was born like that."

I smelled guilt, anger and sadness on him. I furrowed my eyebrows, he was hiding something. And I smelled something familiar

"Scott, I know what you're doing. Believe me, it's not what you think it is." Peter looked at me.

"Stiles. Stiles is alive." I breathed out.

"He is no longer Stiles Stilinski. He was in the Scorch, I smelled him. Guilt, anger, sadness and hate oozed from him. He doesn't go by the name of Stiles anymore. He was about to kill me, come on, Scott. You can tell if I'm lying." Peter stood up.

I heard his hearbeat. He wasn't lying and that's what bothered me.

"What names does he go now?"

He looked down in shame.

"Answer me!" My eyes flashed red.

"He calls himself." He looked at me in the eyes. "Thomas."

Everyone gasped. And it was Derek who spoke first. "He is the True Alpha? What happened to him?"

Peter shrugged. "Don't ask me. He told his little 'pack' all about us. He told me to tell Scott that he's no longer in the pack. He told me to fuck off. He was harsh and rude. He was not the sarcastic Stiles you knew. He was different, very different."

"He's been gone for four years. That can change a person." Lydia pointed out.

"But what has he gone through to try and kill Peter?" Liam asked.

Derek sighed. "Alright, calm down. We're talking about Peter, someone that tried to kill him in the past. And he was never keen of Peter, maybe if someone from us goes to him, he'll tell us what happened."

Peter mocked Derek's sigh. "Good luck with that. He's been avoiding school and the sheriff for days now. If he truly wanted to talk to you guys, he would already had."

I sighed. "I can't believe I'm saying this but, I'm with Peter. Stiles would never try to kill Peter, even if he tried to kill him in the past. And if what you told us is true, those persons know something about what happened to Stiles. We need to see them."

Lydia looked at me. "Scott, did you hear what Peter said? He smelled the Scorch on them. In Stiles as well, who knows what nightmares he had to endure and survive. Maybe we should let him go to us, kidnapping people he's fond us won't help us at all."

Liam looked at me as well. "Scott, no matter what, he's competition. He is an Alpha as well, he could be planning to attack you. It's best to do what you think, Lydia don't know the whole truth."

Lydia glared at Liam. "And do you know the whole truth?"

"I know that Stiles is dangerous. Peter is part of the pack, Stiles said it himself, he is no longer part of us. And he has his own pack, he might be trying to overthrone Scott."

"He is Stiles, it's not like he's a serious killer or he killed someone! It's Stiles Stilinski, the boy who is cheerful and sarcastic."

Liam threw his hands in the air. "You heard Peter! He doesn't even go by that name anymore, he is called Thomas now. And he's been gone for four years, who knows what he has done?!"

Peter cleared his throat and all of us looked at him. "I did smell something peculiar on him."

"What?" I asked.

"I smelled blood. Not his blood and I smelled guilt. He did kill someone and by the looks of it, it was someone he was very fond of."

"I told you." Liam glared at Lydia.

"You're sure?" I asked.

He nodded. "I heard the name of 'Newt'."

Isaac turned his head in confusion. "A salamander? He killed a salamander?"

Peter rolled his eyes at him. "Yes, Scarf Boy, yes he did."

"Did you hear anything else?"

Peter smirked at me.

"Something called W.I.C.K.E.D, something that Thomas wasn't so happy about it."

Derek sighed. "We'll use those two things against him."

I nodded with determination. "Newt and W.I.C.K.E.D wonder what is that."
