Sleeping with Archie was something that Nameless missed. There was something about his body heat that made him feel whole. He always thought that the whole 'puzzle piece' metaphor was cliche and stupid, but that's what Archie was to him. Archie was everything to him.

They practically spent most of the night talking about random things, smiling softly and touching each other gently. Archie never had to touch the boy lustfully to get the same breath hitching and blood rushing effect. One look from the redhead in a space as intimate as that one had Nameless gone every single time. He didn't remember when they fell asleep but he just knew that it was in his arms. It wasn't that way when he woke up though.

Nameless woke up suddenly, reaching for Archie and frowning a bit when he wasn't there.

"Looking for me?" Archie called out from his spot on the window seat, his boyfriend's phone in his hands.

"What are you playing on my phone?" The boy yawned.

Archie rolled his eyes. "How are you honey? Oh I'm great pumpkin, thanks," he drawled sarcastically.

"Good morning significant other, what are you playing on my phone? I want to play too." The Boy said as he climbed out of bed.

"It's this game where they give you pictures and you have to guess what words the pictures are trying to convey." Archie explained as he glanced over the raven haired beauty's bare chest.

"That actually sounds interesting." The boy nodded before grabbing a random shirt off the floor, putting it on, and joining Archie.

"See look," Archie showed him the phone. "There is a picture of rain, and then a picture of a bow. So it's a rainbow."

"Oh wow, that is quite elementary."

"Well then you try it if it's so easy." Archie laughed, handing him his phone where the next puzzle was shown.

The boy took it eagerly, but began to stare at the symbols with a weird expression.

"Um, Jug... head?"

Archie stared at him strangely before taking the phone out of his hands and busting out laughing. "It's supposed to be a bottle cap, babe."

"How? Is that clearly not a jug? Is that clearly not a portrait of a boy?" The boy asked, crossing his arms over his chest.

"Okay, I can see how you would call this a jug, but it is a plastic bottle and it does show the boy's head but you have to focus your attention on the hat he's wearing." Archie explained.

"That is incredibly stupid."

"You know what's incredibly stupid? The guess Jug-head." Archie snickered, earning a glare from his boyfriend.

"You are going to run that into the dirt."

"Yes I am, mister 'jug-head'"

"What have I commenced?" The boy mumbled under his breath.

"Jug-head. It has a nice ring to it in a weird way. Juggggg headddd." Archie fooled around, drawing the two words out.

"You are kind of right. It almost sounds like a name." The boy hummed, thinking it over. "Jughead."

"In all seriousness, it kind of suits you." Archie thought it over as well.

"Because you think I am incredibly stupid or because my head shape resembles a jug?"

"No, because it's unique. It sounds ridiculous at first, but I can see it's potential. Takes some getting used to, sort of like you." Archie teased.

"Call me that again." The boy asked, starting to warm up to the idea a bit more. He hadn't thought up of any new names in a while. He was starting to lose hope. He thought that maybe he just didn't belong, but this almost felt right.

"Jughead." Archie smiled, the name pouring out of his lips smoothly as if it was natural, and the act made the boy gasp.

That was the one.

---

"Say it again." Nameless urged, pulling on the sleeve of Archie's jacket adorably.

"Jughead." Archie laughed.

"Again."

"Jughead."

"One more time."

"Jughead, Jughead, Jughead." Archie smiled before pecking his boyfriend on the cheek.

"It is perfect." He smiled widely, leaning his head on Archie's shoulder. Archie smiled at that as well, noticing that the boy didn't do much to hide his smile anymore.

"Like you." Archie agreed.

"Cheesy."

"Like you?" Archie laughed.

"I want to keep the name a secret for now, Okay?" Nameless mumbled.

"Sure, but can I ask why?"

"Honestly?"

"Honestly."

"I like that you are the only person who can call me that." Nameless said quietly, but apparently he wasn't nameless anymore.

"Okay Jughead, then it's a secret." Archie agreed.

"Say it just one more time." The boy laughed slightly.

"I really like your name, Jughead."

The narrator won't refer to Nameless as Jughead until he comes out as Jughead to his family lol. Just to avoid confusion.
