I woke up in Las Noches, with Aizen carrying me into his room.
"You don't have to wake up just yet," he said.
I leaned into his chest, "I've been sleeping for so long," I yawned.
He chuckled, "You need to rest if you're tired, there's nothing wrong with that."
I groaned, "But-"
I was cut off by a kiss.
"Don't do that," I complained.
He smirked, "Even if you won't say no?" He laid me down on the bed, sitting down next to me.
I turned my head towards him, "I won't always say yes."
He started stroking my hair, "Whatever you say." He shifted a bit, placing my head on his lap.
I adjusted myself so that I was comfortable. "So, what now?"
"What do you mean?" he asked.
"Are you really going to attack the Soul Society?" I replied.
"No," he answered, "the place I'm going to be attacking is not the Soul Society."
"If you're not attacking the Soul Society, what are you attacking?"
His hand stopped, "Karakura town."
I sat up and faced him, "What?"
"I need it for my plan," he seemed determined.
My heart sank a bit, "Do you need to go through with it?"
"I'm sorry, but I do," he tried to pull me in but I pulled away.
"Why?"
"Because this world is ruled over by an unjust king."
I just stared at him in disbelief. I stood up and walked towards the balcony, looking over the side.
"Ichigo?" he walked towards me.
"How is that a reason to end countless lives?" I leapt over the edge onto the sands below.
I sat against Las Noches, thinking about what Aizen said to me. I noticed that I was wearing my white clothes from Aizen. "He must have changed me while I was unconscious."
I heard a cry in the distance. I got up and ran over to it.
I saw a child with teal hair and a cracked skull a top her head. She had a weird mark across her face along with a scar between the eyes and was clothed in raggs.
She was being chased by three hollows. The biggest one looked like a giant worm that had a strange mouth. The second smallest one had a large mask with huge, everything really. He had spots all over him. The smallest one had a head like a beetle and was rather skinny, and had a loincloth.
I started to run faster towards her. When I grabbed for my sword I noticed it wasn't there. I silently cursed at myself. I grabbed the girl and kicked the smallest hollow in the head.
The girl starting struggling in my arms. "No, stop it, please!" I put her down.
She bent down in apology, the other hollows followed her example. "We're sorry!"
The little girl looked at me sheepishly, "We never thought that this endless chase play would create such a misunderstanding. It's no fun here in Hueco Mundo."
"Play?" I asked, "but you were crying."
"Yes, she replied cheerfully, "I'm an extreme masochist so it's not fun unless they chase me till I cry!"
I glared at the other hollows with her, "What are you teaching this kid?" I sighed, "What are your names?"
The little girl spoke up first, "I am Nel Tou of the Arrancar."
The beetle shaped head was next, "I'm Pesshe, Nel's big brother."
"And I'm his big brother," the spotted one said, "Donchakka."
They all gestured to the oversized worm, "And the big one behind us is our pet Bawabawa!"
"Wait, Arrancar can have pets and siblings?" I asked.
"How rude! Of course we do!" Nel exclaimed.
Donchakka explained, "We ran into each other by chance and she was so cute I became her older brother."
"Me too," added Pesshe.
"That doesn't really make you siblings," I pointed out, wondering if they knew what siblings were.
They were absolutely shocked at my words, "T-then what are we!?"
"Uh..." I tried to remedy it, "my bad... you guys are siblings." They seemed to calm down. "So I ought to go back to Las Noches."
"Let us take you!" Nel offered. The three siblings climbed onto Bawabawa.
"Alright," I jumped up on it's back. When I sat down Nel sat in my lap. We started heading towards Las Noches. "So are you really an Arrancar?"
She looked back at me, "What are you saying? Can't you see my finely cracked mask?"
I scratched my head, "It's just... you seem so different from the ones I've met in Las Noches."
"Ah!" she said, "They're the true fighting experts! They're as different from us garbage bugs as heaven and earth!"
"... Garbage bugs? You can't be that bad..." I mumbled.
"But if you're going to say that," she hopped off my lap and turned to face me. "You look even less like an Arrancar! You have no mask..." she paused, "What are you?"
"I'm Ichigo Kurosaki," I stopped as it passed my lips. I put my hand to my lips.
"What's wrong?" Nel asked.
"It just feels like forever since I said my full name," I admitted.
There was an eruption of sand behind us. By then we had reached the outside of Las Noches.
