The sky was sleeping shades of orange, pink, and red. Which perfectly set the calm and soothing atmosphere that was already manifesting. Angela decided to go check the landing zone to see if everyone was back yet, hoping nobody got injured. She quickly speed walked to the door that leads to the landing zone itself. Her steps were quickly followed by each other and the halls were filled with the clicking of her heels. Then she finally reached the entrance. Taking a deep breath she opened it and stepped out to the canvas of colors that was outside. The sun was surrendering to the night which caused the sky to bleed beautiful warm colors. Then she looked to the shuttle and everybody was walking out with boring looks across their faces.

Genji walked out and the person he had been wanting to see was standing right there. He smiled her way and she smiled back. Relief deflated Angela's worry as she looked at everyone walk out with zero injuries. Genji just couldn't help it, he walked up to her and gave her a heartwarming hug. Angela's face was frozen by shock for a split second before she hugged back and she could feel her heart beating exponentially fast. The faint scent of pine and his ludicrous amount of body heat made her sigh with euphoria.

He pulled away and smiled at her, a red tint visible across his face. Before walking away he scratched the back of his head before quickly retreating into the building, disappearing into the halls. Angela turned around and everyone was just staring with questioning looks on their faces. Much to the doctors luck they all casually brushed it off as Morrison walked up to her.

"There were no injuries on this mission. Thank you for being here though.", he stated.

Angela smiled and nodded. She turned on her heels and walked into the building a little anxious. Her body was still on the high of being so close to Genji. Deciding to just push those little feelings down she walked quietly back to the med bay.

Sitting quietly at her desk she twiddled with her fingers, not having a clue is to what she can do to melt time away. Huffing out a breath she decided to go back to her quarter so she began to clean up the med bay. But then a knock was at the door. "Come in!", she lightly shouted. Then a familiar head of green hair came into view and the next thing Angela knew she was staring at Genji. "Genji? Is something wrong?", she asked, concern covering her tone. He shook his head and smiled. "No. Is it wrong to want to spend time with a good friend?" She smirked at him with an eyebrow raised. "I suppose not.", she countered. "But I was going to go back to my quarters for the night." He nodded at her, "Then I shall follow."

Angela turned off all the lights and led the way to her quarter with Genji following. The day was pretty much over so the windows had barely any light coming through, making the halls seem desolate and slightly anxious but yet, with Genji around it made it feel so incredibly peaceful. Like a home.
