Genji's POV

Compared to any other excursion I've gone on, this is one of the easiest. It was just checking out Route 66 in case there was any deadlock activity. A lot of other people were brought just in case there did happen to be other people. But realistically it was a false alarm because apparently the commander had received a report.

We were packing it up and pretty much preparing to leave but just as we begin, a gunshot goes off. All my instincts went into overdrive as I whipped around, everybody was alright. Then another gunshot went off and then I heard a grunt in pain. I turned around to see one of our agents collapse down in pain and at that point I saw the wound in his shoulder. At least he wasn't shot anywhere else. Feeling dumb I whirled around and so did everyone else. It was just two people and they looked like they've never seen the modern world. Old western attire was they were dressed in and well, it looked ridiculous.

"Jesse McCree."

I turned around to the sound of Morrison's voice. He had an extremely hard expression sprawled across his face. He was not happy.

"Funny how ya c'mere and get surprised at seeing me. It's our territory." His voice was drenched in a southern accent.

Morrison pulled out a heavy rifle out and pointed it in his direction, "Get out of here. The deadlock gang was disbanded for a damn reason."

Jesse's face contorted from a smirk to a dark frown and then he was reaching for his belt. He pulled out a revolver and pointed it at Jack, "I'm not goin' anywhere. Neither is what's left of the deadlock gang." Morrison didn't even hesitate and he unloaded a few bullets into his right arm. Screaming in pain he was on the floor, grasping his barely intact arm. "Get the hell out of here." Morrison's voice was dripping with venom, pretty obvious he doesn't want to get into a mess. The other guy picked Jesse up and snarled at Morrison and quickly scurried Jesse and himself away.

Morrison wasn't mad at all when he got on the shuttle. He had a very neutral look and honest to god I'm not sure why we were all dragged along. It was just him shooting a dude and us witnessing it. Better safe than sorry huh?

Then she popped in my mind again as we began to zoom back to the base. She was all over my mind again. I never really wanted someone like her. She was so innocent and sweet, unlike all the other girls. Girls back then we're all over me, desperately trying to get a slice of me and my body. But Angela, she was an innocent and beautiful woman. Not that I expect her to be all over me, I just want her really bad. Maybe a relationship or even just sex. Anything. But all I know is that this woman is something else.

I could feel the shuttle itself landing and I knew I was finally here. The ride itself wasn't that long. Everyone sat still until the door opened and we all walked out.
