*Killua's POV*:

After successfully sneaking out if the group's sight, I immediately ran using my powers to get to the playground before anything harmful could happen to (y/n). I don't know what I'd do if I lost her. My life would definitely be hell for sure.

When I got there, it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. It was as if Hisoka knew I might've came and he put up sound proof glass so that I couldn't find them. Then all of a sudden I heard a loud scream. That voice I could tell from a million miles away.

"I'll never return home!"

My senses immediately picked up her location and I was at her side in less than a second with my aura disguised so that he wouldn't notice my presence. My first reaction was a hit from my fist to his face for dreaming to even hurt the only girl I've ever loved and the only sun in my life. The only person I revolved around. He didn't go down, as expected, but he was at least 10 feet away now. A safe enough distance from (y/n). His stance didn't waver at all which was also expected from a guy like him. He looked at me and wiped the bit of blood that appeared on his lip. He stood up and made an amused smile that always seems to make me angrier, "Lovely to see you again, Killua."

"I'm sorry, but the feeling isn't mutual."

His smile faded and his stare became a glare.

"I'd appreciate it if you didn't intervene in business that doesn't concern you."

"When it comes to her," I gestured towards (y/n), "It does concern me."

He drew himself a little closer to us, causing me to stand protectively in front of (y/n). It seemed as though he realized that I'd take him head on, and he surrendered. Which was too surprising. He definitely had something up his sleeve. "I won't fight here. It's not the right time," He looked at the floor behind me where (y/n) was. "Keep yourself healthy my dear, I'll be back another time for you." Then he turned and disappeared into an alleyway. My next aim was to make sure (y/n) was ok. I dropped to the floor at her side and held her tightly. I felt relieved, angry and worried at the same time, causing my head to be in a total mess. The things this girl can do to me. I pulled away, held her shoulders and looked sternly at her.

"Wasn't my instructions clear to avoid that guy?!"

Her head was dipped, looking at her fidgety hands. God she's so adorable. She drives me insane with her adorableness. Knowing her for so long, I actually half expected her to meet Hisoka. So my anger wasn't the way I was actually feeling, it was more worry and wanting to hold her and protect her for the rest of her life. Her cuteness got the better of me and I ended up tilting her head up and claiming her lips. It was so soft and tender that I wasn't ready to stop anytime soon. But if I didn't I might've done something I might've regretted and maybe ending up losing the only thing I would give my life for, so I ended up pulling away. But not because I wanted to. What I didn't expect was for her to get angry.

"What was that?! Are you trying to play with my feelings Killua?! I thought I knew you better than this!"

"I'm not kidding or fooling around, I was just-"

"Forget it!... I need some space from you."

She got up and ran away with her eyes welled up in tears. I hated when she she cried, especially because it always made me do the same too.
