Her broken heart

She was broken yet she said she was okay,
As if her mind and heart doesn't want him to stay.
She still wanted to hold those hands longer,
Not minding her feelings that were getting deeper.

She looked at him with a lot of admiration,
Like he was something to treasure, her prized possession.
All those lights and the night sky didn't matter,
It's because she's with the guy she truly loves yet he doesn't love her.

She didn't care at all,
She was ready to fall.
Yet no one caught her broken heart,
Now she's torn apart.
