Aries POV
**Before the games**
"Ugh, this suit is so scratchy. What is this for again?" I turned to ask the person sitting next to me.Taurus was happily munching on a chocolate bar, but froze when I looked at her.
"You talking to me?" She asked once she'd swallowed.
"Duh..."
She gulped nervously. I'm not sure what for, since it was a genuine question.
"I think it's for this interview thing..." She trailed off uncertainly, then shrugged. "We'll see soon."
I nodded, then turned back to glare at the bright lights shining at an exquisitely dressed man standing on stage.
"And so, we have Aries, the first star sign!" I snapped to attention. What were they calling me for?
Taurus pushed me from behind. "Go you moron!"
"You have chocolate on your face," I shot back.
I turned to walk on stage.
"Hi Aries and welcome to the Hunger Games!" The man cheered.
"We actually have to kill people?" I glanced back at the other star signs. Sure they we're annoying sometimes, and we all got into friendly fights at one point in time, but I wasn't going to literally kill them.
"Don't worry, this is just a recreation of the hunger games. You won't actually kill anyone, and you'll be fighting with nerf weapons, foam blades, suction arrows etc. It was in the email you got earlier this week."
"Ok..."
He continued on, explaining more about the games and then asking me about myself. When I went offstage, he asked the other star signs similar questions. When we had finally all finished dying of boredom, we were free to go back to dormitories that had been rented out for us, girls in one block, guys in the other.
"Hey we should play truth or dare!" Leo suggested back at the dormitories.
"No are you crazy?! We have training tomorrow remember?" Scorpio exclaimed, booking his fist off Leo's head. "Blockhead."
"Hey you wanna go bro? You wanna mess?" Leo got up.
"Guys chill. Leo's got a point, we could use a quick game to loosen the tension," Sagittarius soothed.
I frowned. When was Saggy one to calm the situation down?
"Let's go ask the girls," he added, getting up and walking out the door.
I rolled my eyes. So that's what Saggitarius wanted. Attention from the girls. He had no idea how stupid they all thought he was.
We all got up all followed him nonetheless, since we were all bored.
Taurus's POV
There was a loud banging on the door, like someone was trying to break it down.
"Who on earth is that..." Aquarius muttered sleepily. She'd been dozing off in the corner of a bed during the game of uno, and now she looked like she could murder someone just by glaring at them.
Capricorn rolled her eyes, sliding off her own bed. "It's probably the bunch of idiots who occupy the next block, if you know what I mean. "
Aquarius yawned and nodded.
Capricorn opened the door, causing five guys to tumble onto the floor. "Exactly what were you guys trying to achieve...." She asked, completely unimpressed.
Pisces grinned up at her. "Truth or dare?"
Five minutes later we had arranged all the beds to create a large cushioned platform for dangerous activities.
"Okay who's first?" Cancer asked.
"We should go in order of star signs," Libra reasoned.
"So I'm first!" Aries crowed proudly.
"Yeah whatever... Why are you first in the star sign list anyway? I'm pretty sure Capricorn dates cover January first," Capricorn complained.
"If you got a problem, deal with it lady," Aries retorted.
"I could start by bashing in your face," Capricorn suggested.
Aries waved his hand. "It's fine..." He said quietly.
Capricorn smirked, and Virgo waved her arms between them.
"Break it up!" She yelped.
"Ok anyway," Libra butted in. "Truth or dare?"
"Dare," Aries replied.
"Ooooh I have one!" Gemini raised her hand and bobbed up and down on the bed.
"OK CHILL GEMINI!" Aquarius shouted. "What is it?"
"I dare you to kiss Leo," Gemini said smugly.
Capricorn smirked again. "Gemini that is actually an awesome idea."
Sagittarius grinned cheekily. "I ship it!"
"Hey shut up!" Leo tackled Saggitarius, and Aries jumped off the bed after them. None of the other guys joined in, Pisces just sat there biting his nails nervously, causing Capricorn to swat his arm and complain how unhygienic it was, and Scorpio was sitting on the edge one of the mattresses, reading a book he'd probably nicked off Libra.
"Hey stop fighting guys," Cancer hopped off the bed and tried to pull Aries off Saggitarius. Aries obliged after a few seconds, and Leo got up as well.
Saggitarius lay on the floor and let out a theatrical sigh. "I'm done for, carry on without me!"
"Get up you diva," I said.
"Alright fine. You could have let me have my moment Taurus..." He pouted.
"Anyway, Aries you need to complete your dare. Leo, try not to punch him,"
Aries scrunched up face in disgust as he sat on the bed. Leo sat facing him, all the colour gone from his face. Honestly, Aries wasn't even that ugly.
Then I decided to hurry things along. I gave Aries an almighty shove from behind, causing him to collide with Leo, technically completing his dare.
"Hey!" Aries got up off the floor, his face bright red, and grabbed the nearest item, which happened to be a pillow. He started chasing us around, and we all armed ourselves with our own pillows, causing a major pillow fight where the signs teamed up according to their element.
