It was Arden's 17th birthday, and before he left to celebrate with his friends he asked for something more personal; a small party at home with his mothers, René and his brother Armand. For a long time he wanted everyone together, and with Charlotte at home that was the perfect occasion.

The house they lived in had a large courtyard suitable for parties. Arden was born on 2 July. On that day Charlotte, Sophie, and little Armand were going to visit their friends. Right before the car started, Sophie's contractions hasnstarted. The good is that the hospital was nearby. After Arden was born, little Armand so much wept that in a few minutes he got tired and fell asleep.

Sophie was busy, filling the glasses with coke and juices, while Charlotte was in the living room talking to Arden and his best friend, Noah. The laughter of the three expanded through the house and could be heard even from the second floor. While Sophie was making the soda and snacks to take to the living room, the doorbell rang.

"I'll get it, Sof!" Charlotte yelled at her ex-wife in the kitchen. The blonde rose, passed her hand on her face, drying the tears caused by laughter. She opened the door, and on the other side wearing a black dress of fine handles and heels was René. The smile gradually crumbled from Charlotte's face. "Hello René." The blonde gave her room so the chinese could pass.

"Hello, Charlotte." She said with a smile and gave a kiss on the face of the blonde, who was a little surprised, if not embarrassed.
"Sophie's in the kitchen." Charlotte said.
"I want to see Arden first." She said already passing through the corridor. Taking advantage of the woman's back, Charlotte passed her hand on her cheek wiping the gloss that René had left on her face.

Arden and Noah, a freckle-headed redheaded boy who was friends with Arden since kindergarten, turned on the X-box, their favorite fun after football.
"Hey, Ren." Arden said with a smile. "Mom's in the kitchen."
"Your other mother has already told me that."-she looked at Charlotte who had already returned to the room. "I have something for you here." She pulled from inside a white bag a DVD with  colorful cover.

"I don't believe it!" Arden said when he got the game. "Resident Evil 7" he showed the game to his friend. "How did you manage to buy so fast?" he asked the woman with excitement.

"A friend works for the developer of the game. Now I'm one point ahead of your mother. "She and the boy high fived.
The excitement of the boy and René made Charlotte roll her eyes. Video games, going out and new sneakers make any teenager happy, difficult even is dealing with the dilemmas of age, which she was sure René would not know how to handle.

The woman left her purse on the couch and walked to the kitchen. Her footsteps were light, so light that Sophie did not hear her arrive.
"God bless the French beauty." She said before she gave her girlfriend a kiss. Sophie was wearing a white shirt with a half black trousers that ended up on her knees and heels.

"Hi, love." She hugged the woman and kissed her lips, that slow, delicate way that was like a torture for René. First tasting the lips of the woman and then exploring her mouth with her tongue.
"They're waiting for you in the living room." The woman struggled with the urge to continue kissing her girlfriend. Sophie moaned, and separated from her girlfriend.
"Will you help me?" She delivered a tray to her girlfriend.

It was past midnight, and Sophie was five minutes locked in the bathroom throwing up everything she ate at dinner.

"Open the fucking door, Sophie!" Charlotte screamed on the other side while she was punching the door.
Sophie rose from the ground, went to the sink, filled a glass with water, put in her mouth and then spat. Only then did she open the door.
Charlotte walked in and was startled by her wife's pale appearance. "It's been two days since they've seen it happen." She crossed her arms.

Sophie did not answer the wife, sat on the edge of the bathtub waiting for the vomiting urge to come again.
"Look at me." Charlotte knelt between her wife's legs, who looked at her and sighed. "I think it worked." The blonde smiled and put her hand on her wife's abdomen. "You're pregnant!" the blonde smiled.

"Armand will bring his girlfriend." Sophie told Charlotte.
"I doubt he has a girlfriend." Arden implied it.
"He has,I know her." René said sitting next to Sophie and holding her hand.
"You know her, but you not me?" Charlotte questioned it.
"I taught her." René replied.
"Are you a teacher?" Charlotte arched an eyebrow. Soon she thought it, would be obvious. Only so Sophie would know a woman like René, since in the company  that the ex wife was president, she would never meet someone like the girl.
"Ren was our teacher too." Arden said referring to him and Noah, who was too shy to pronounce."I did not know." Charlotte sipped her glass.

The six had gone out and enjoyed the summer. There was a large tree in the big garden. Under the shadow, Charlotte and Sophie had a swing on which Sophie and René were now sitting. The blonde could not accept that the former met another. Sophie stroked her girlfriend's long hair. Charlotte did not look at them.

The memories of their happy moments together hit her like a raging storm. She almost did not listen to what Arden had told her. She remembered how every time, she had the opportunity, Sophie entangled her exquisite fingers in her wife's blond hair. "Happy moments," Charlotte thought. René, noticing the way the former looked at her girlfriend, leaned forward. The dense, pink lips touched Sophie's.

A heat wave passed through Sophie's body. Charlotte's face flushed with anger. Jealousy caught the mind of the blonde. She hated when her beloved lips did not touch hers.
