Maybe Charlotte should have gone out, gone to a movie or just sit at a bar table and drink and maybe somebody would keep her company? Doing anything to make her forget the furious, disgusted look Sophie had thrown at her earlier, also to forget how her children looked at her.

The television was on any channel, passing a sitcon. She could not concentrate. She looked at the engagement ring, the same as Sophie had given her years ago, and she wanted to cry. But did not. It would not do her any good, she cried for so many nights that if it would bring Sophie back she would have it.

The blonde tried to focus, looking for another channel with something more interesting, but all she found were survival programs and romantic comedies. Her life was not a romantic comedy where the couple is together at the end, it was more of a sad movie about the love, which François Truffaut directed.

She sighed, had no sleep, only boredom and thirst, hell thirst. How she would like to find the canteen that Sophie hid, but she promised not to drink at home in front of the children. So Char got up, didn't wear a robe because she knew that time no one would be wandering around the house, and anyway, if she had ,would be her own children and where is the problem in a son seeing his mother wearing a nightgown?

Charlotte rose in silent steps to descend the stairs and go to the kitchen, and so did; A glass of cold water and half a chocolate bar. It went up fast and as quiet as it went down. She passed through Arden's room, another room that was empty and Sophie's room. Her heart went off, she felt a burning in her face.

"Oh... R-Ren... love, please. "It was the sweet, tearful voice of Sophie, she wearing when she was about to have an orgasm. No, that was very wrong. She should have followed her path and forgotten what she heard. But no, Charlotte continued there, in front of the closed door of her ex's room. She stepped very close to the door. "D-Don't Stop!" The voice of Sophie begging following a strong laugh from René.

Charlotte didn't notice, but she was crying. It should be her instead of René. Sophie seemed wholly handed to another woman, she could perceive the desire and passion in her voice. She never forgot what she looked like.
"R-René!" Sophie's voice broke the silence. She screamed so loudly the woman's name that Charlotte was sure she didn't need to be on the other side of the door to listen.
