Escape from life

Chapter 13:Sleepover.

Rita could not believe her father was going to allow her to have a sleepover. She was excited. She ran upstairs and began to make invitations to her sleepover.

She did not know whom to invite. She remembered how Daisy's party looked all cool and awesome. She decided to make her better than Daisy did.

Rita looked around the room for something to put on the invitations. Then she saw some cool sunglasses and there were multiple of them in different colors too. She also found some candy rings and tiaras. She decided to make a goody bag for everyone that she was going to invite.

She put a few more of pieces of candy in the bag and the other stuff she picked out. Now it was time to see who she was going to invite.

Rita was slowly making her invitations until her mother, Karen, barged into the door. Rita jumped and looked at her. "Mom, what is it?"

Karen sighed and looked at what Rita was doing, "What on the top of Manhattan are you doing, its way past your bedtime."

Rita covered up them up. "I'm just making invitations."

Karen glared her and grumbled, "Making invitations for what?" She yelled while sipping on some coffee. Rita stuttered "For my sleepover."

Karen stopped for a moment, "Did that blonde bimbo Barbie Daisy in your grade have one?" Rita nodded.

Karen smiled at her, "Well then we need to make this the best sleepover the whole town has ever seen. I want you to invite that bratty Daisy to your sleepover and show her how the Perinut do it."

Rita was now super excited, her mother was going to help her and she knows how her mom over does it.

Her mother walked out of the room, came back with some Christmas lights, wrapped them around the invitations, and threw some pink glitter on them. She also used some glow in the dark ink and confetti. It looks like a fiesta threw up on it. Rita put them in the glow in the dark goody bags.

Her mom and she sighed in relief, as they were finally finished with the invitations. Rita hopped in bed and put the covers on herself as her mother began to walk out Rita, "Thank you, mom, for helping me."

Karen stopped and looked at her, "You're welcome Rita now get some rest." Rita closes her eyes as Karen walked over to her and gives her a quick kiss on the forehead making sure she did not notice and quietly left the room.

Although Rita did feel it and smiled as she went into a nice slumber.

As the kids at St.Mary Junior High School in the cafeteria was up and talking waiting for the bell to ring, Daisy was talking to a group of people about how it was just an early April fool's prank and how she was still rich.

Everyone was still listening to her until Rita walked in the café with her glowing goody bags. Everyone began to run to her and asked her what was in the goody bags.

Rita looked at Daisy, smirked, and said, "As you all should know, I am having a Huge AWESOME sleepover and I can only invite 4 girls."

Everyone knew when you have a sleepover that it was to BIG no matter what. If it is not BIG, be prepared to be the biggest talk this week.

Daisy just rolled her eyes, "What makes you think your sleepover is going to be the best in town?" Rita looked at Daisy.

"Because look at the bags, it's going to have to be good. " The girls went crazy. Rita looked at Daisy.
