Veronica's POV
I have no idea why,but I snapped.I bounced off the couch and started to yell at her.
"You know what Nessa,why are you so annoying!To be frank why do you have to be my sister! She muttered,"Your right." and walked off putting the mail and the letter she was holding on the table.I got curious and looked at the letter.I couldn't believe what I saw.Nessa got accepted and I just yelled at her.
Vanessa's POV
Tears threatened to spill,but I didn't let them."Hey Daddy if you need me I'll be in my room,"I ran to my room before he could respond and folded my pillow.I placed my hands inside the fold and rested my head on top.I couldn't hold back the tears so I let them go.I started shaking,I couldn't get my mind off the anger on her face.Had I done something wrong?Is something wrong with me?Do I deserve to be happy?Maybe she didn't mean it?All of a sudden I heard a call from downstairs and knew it was time to start recording again.I freshened up,but I noticed some of the sparkles in my eyes were gone.I knew that I couldn't do anything about it.They probably wouldn't notice.
Veronica's POV
Nessa walked downstairs and she looked normal,but I felt something was off.The way she spoke seemed different,she wasn't as bubbly like usual,and her eyes were also different.
Once we wrapped up filming,Vanessa went back to her room.I glanced at clock and we still had an hour till dinner,so I followed Nessa.She was already in her room before I even got upstairs.I decided to do something productive so I decided to do homework.I got passed an essay when I realized that the hour passed and it was time for dinner.I rushed downstairs because I was really hungry. Time passed and Nessa never came down.After dinner I went to go check on her.I was starting to get really concerned.When I opened the door I saw Nessa hugging her pillow while humming to herself.I knew she only did this when she was in need of comfort.I walked to her and tapped her shoulder.She mumbled something and opened her eyes."Hey Nessa,do you want to eat?She shook her head."You sure,"She nodded."I guess I'll get going."I began to walk away when Nessa grabbed my sleeve."Please stay",she responded almost whimpering."
