I was woken up for a second time that day as the tour bus came to a sudden stop. I looked around at my surroundings, I was no longer in Andy's lap, nor was I on the couch. He had put me in his bunk, the sneaky sod. I peaked around the curtain of the bunk to see what was going on. It looked like everone was getting of the bus. I waited silently until the door was closed before rising to my feet and peaking out the window. We were outside a hotel. The bus driver, Edward, who I called Eddie, was standing outside the bus.
I slowly shuffled into the kitchen area where a note was left for me.
"Sorry for not waking you up. We're all in the hotel, Eddie will take you there, give your name and you will be sent to your room. See you soon. Love, Andy" I grabbed the note and hobbled outside the bus and over to Eddie who was standing there staring into space with his hands in his pockets. I put my hand on his shoulder, bringing him back from what ever he was thinking about.
"I can't go in there dressed like this, please drive me to the nearest shopping centre so I can find some clothes." I pleaded. I wanted to go see the band again, I really wasn't happy with how things had ended the night before
"I'm not supposed to but I will, just because it's you." He smiled. I had been getting along really well with Eddie, On the few days I spent on the couch he would come back and talk to me when everyone else was busy and we would have a laugh together.
"Yes! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I laughed before hobbling to the passenger seat of the tour bus. Eddie and I sat there, just listening to music as we searched for a store. By the time we reached one I was in desperate need of a shower and I couldn't go into the store in the state I was in so I decided to have a shower while Eddie went to get me some clothes.
By the time I was out of the shower and dried he had got back with everything I asked for. He had got me more clothes than I had actually needed and enough make up to last me a few months.
"Thank you, thank you thank you!" I laughed, clutching at the towel I had wrapped around my body. Eddie smiled with a slight nod before returning to the drivers seat in the front of the bus. I procceed to get dressed into a Falling In Reverse shirt and a pair of ripped jeans with black combat boots. It felt good to wear something that wasn't drenched in my own blood. I ran the nearest brush, most likely to be Andy's, through my knotted hair. My hair was jet black with blonde highlights and it looked rough, it always did but that's how I liked it. The bus came to a hault and I ran outside to see the hotel we were at before.
"Thank you, Eddie!" I smiled for a second time as he got out of the drivers seat and walked towards me.
"No problem, now come one, lets get you inside." He laughed in reply before walking me towards the hotel doors. I hadn't been in a public place for a long time now so this all felt weird to me. Eddie and I walked up to the front desk only to be greated by a woman with the biggest smile I had ever seen, it was rather irritating.
"Hello there, how can I help you?" She asked with a little bit too much enthusiasm in her voice.
"Well, I'm Ally Sykes. I've been booked a room here." I stated hoping she wouldn't know who I was from my name.
She looked at me strangley for a second.
"I'm sorry, do I know you?" She asked, her smile still stretched from ear to ear.
"Crap." I groaned in my head. Eddie must have seen the look on my face as he began to talk,
"I'm Edward Newton, I also have a room booked." A sigh of relief came over me as she snapped out of the trance that was fixated on me.
"Ofcourse, both of you, please come with me." She grinned before grabbing two key cards and leading us to an elevator. It went up, pinging every time we passed another floor. It came to a sudden stop.
"Sir, your room is just down this corridor, third door on your left." She explained before passing him his keycard. We exchanged waves goodbye before the woman closed the elevator door again. We continued going up until we reached the top floor.
"The penthouse." She smiled as she pointed to the only room on the floor and passed me my key card. Why was I on the top floor? I was probably staying with the band instead of on my own. I stepped towards the door, struggling to keep my balance.
"Are you okay there?" the woman asked, her smile slipping ever so slightly.
"I'm good." I replied and continued to make my way to the door.
"Okay. But I am sure I know you from some where." She questioned me. I was hoping she wouldn't ask again but she just dropped the bombshell on me a second time and I couldn't avoid it.
"I'm Oli Sykes younger sister." I replied, turning round with yet another fake smile.
"Oh, really? Oh my youngest daughter adores you!" She laughed. I was surprised by what she said.
"Awww, tell her I said Hello." I continued to pretend to smile.
"So why are you staying with Black Veil Brides if your brother is in Bring me The Horizon?" She asked.
"Just fucking perfect." I thought to myself. Was there a point in hiding it? Yes. Yes there was.
"We just don't get along and Black Veil Brides are the closest thing to family I have." I grinned through gritted teeth.
"Ohh, I see. Well, I'll leave you to it now then, shall I? Goodbye." She smiled once again before re-entering the elevator and closing the door.
*A/N: I know this Chapter sucks but I have serious writers block at the moment, sorry. The next one will be better, I promise!*
