Beverly's POV

I kept on glancing at Ben every minute. 

     He looked like he was in a really deep thought, though I don't know why.

     "Where do we go now?" Eddie asked while stopping infront of us. 

     "I-I don't know a-anymore...W-we're going f-far away from o-ou-our parents, I guess" Bill sighed.

     Everybody looked at me as my stomach grumbled loudly.

 I quickly turned away from them in embarassment. 

"Stop staring at me!" I hissed as my cheeks turned red. 

    "Bev is hungry now. Come to think of it, where will we go? Where do we stay? What will we eat? Are we even going to eat at all?! More importantly, where do we fucking bathe ourselves?" Eddie stammered even more.

     "Don't think about that yet Eddie. We need to figure out first about the secrets of our parents..." Mike murmured silently. 

    "What!? We're gonna die if we keep on prioritizing that man! Sooner or later they will catch us and then separate us! We might as well die right now!" Eddie bickered even more.

 Ben was still silent at the moment.

     I was getting really worried about but I couldn't do anything. 

    "Just stop planning ahead Eddie, you're just making yourself worry" Stan grumbled. 

    "How can I not Stanley?! We need to plan, we don't know what the future holds!" Eddie stomped his foot as he panicked. 

Richie suddenly grabbed him and pulled him close. 

He held Eddie's face tightly with his two hands.

     "Wanna think about the fucking future? Then think about me because I'm your future Eddie". 

Stan rolled his eyes at him as Eddie stood speechless. 

     We all secretly giggled at both of them. Slowly, Eddie's face grew from a shade of pink to dark color of crimson red. He pouted at Richie and started shoving him away. 

"Aw c'mon Eds, don't be like that" Richie whispered. 

Still Eddie didn't look at him. 

"Just give him a hug asshole, you have our permission" I smirked at him. 

Richie raised his eyebrows at me. 

"I don't need your or anyone's permission" Richie said. 

"What the hell are you waiting for then?" I retorted. 

     Richie grumbled in defeat and proceeded to give Eddie a tight hug. 

     I turned my attention back to Ben. He just kept on fidgeting his fingers as I nudged him. 

"Beverly" He suddenly spoke. 

My eyes widened as he talked.

"I think I know the meaning of my dream" he added. 

    "That's- that's great Ben! I was so worried because you were not talking earlier" I smiled at him.

 He looked at me with his eyes showing intense feelings.

     "You're worried now, you should be worried later" Ben murmured.

 I was puzzled at him. 

    Is something bad going to happen? Are we even going to make it out alive in this forest? I sure do need some answers right now.

 "Let's keep going guys" Mike reminded us.

     For a minute, I forgot about what Ben said and I focused more on where we were going.

"S-stop!" Bill yelled. 

All of us stood in shock as we huddled closer.

 "What's wrong big Bill?" Richie asked. 

     "I'll tell you what's wrong, you are! You little boy!" A voice suddenly said. 

     I immediately clinged onto Ben's arm when I heard that voice.

 I felt afraid. 

     I was never afraid but right now, I suddenly was. The shadows behind the trees came closer.

 It was their parents. 

     They all wore this exhausted expression and superior look among themselves. 

     Mrs. Sonia suddenly grabbed Eddie's arm and began pulling him. We all quickly held on to Eddie and we were able to pull him back to us. 

     "DO NOT FUCKING TOUCH HIM, YOU FAT WOMAN!" Richie growled at Eddie's mom.

     "Dear God Wentworth. Your son inherited that loud mouth of yours" Mr. Denbrough said. 

"Eh that's my son after all" Mr. Tozier shrugged.

      I shot Bill a worried look as he glanced back at me. From that very moment I knew what he was thinking. 

There was no turning back now, right?
