Chris's POV

When I woke up this morning, I wasn't feeling like myself. Its like something came and took my happiness away from me. I guess my happiness was Jasmine. Then on top of that my fathers pissed at me because I didn't come in yesterday. I don't know but I really wanna quit the game. I really just wanna focus on school and my life right now.

"Chris" My mother said and looked at me. "Chris are you okay"

"Yea ma i'm good" I got up and walked into my bathroom to take a shower. did my hygiene and walked out going to my closet. I looked through my closet until I found my black hoodie and some sweats. I really don't wanna go to school but I am. When I walked out my mother was looking at this picture that was on my phone. A picture of me and babygirl I took the other day.

"So this is whats wrong with you" She looked at me and back at my phone. I shook my head and walked over to my dresser to get my charger. "Chris you know you can come talk to me aout anything right"

"Yea ma I know" I said and walked over to the bed to get my phone. "I'm going to school"

"Ok" Was all she said and I walked out. I walked downstairs and saw Jason letting some girl out of the house. I shook my head and walked into the kitchen.

"Whats wrong lil bro" He said and walked over to the refrigerator. I shook my head and walked out. I walked to one of my cars and got in heading to school. I stopped at a red light and my phone rung. I answered it.

"Hello"

"Hey baby" I need to start checking the Caller ID before answering. "How you-"

"Marissa don't talk to me" I hung up the phone and turned left. When I got to school everybody was outside happy and talking to people. I got out of my car and walked over to a bench. I sat down and started looking through my phone, when a truck pulled up. I saw this girl kiss whoever it was and got out. The girl was Jasmine. When she walked over to me everybody was looking at her. She sat down and looked at me.

"Hey Bestie" She said and hugged me. "I missed you"

"Yea" I said and looked at my phone. "Jasmine can I ask you something"

"Sure"

"Why didn't you call me when you and Terrance got together" I looked at her and looked at my shoes.

"Chris I didn't want to tell you right away" She said and sighed. "I wanted to wait until I got back to-" Jessica came up to us and smiled. She didn't have no makeup on.

"Hey Jasmine" She said and sat down by us. "Is that Kate Spade"

"Yea"I looked at Jasmine and Jessica. When did Jessica start talking to Jasmine? "Chris and I were just talking about something before you came"

"Oh i'm sorry for interrupting the conversation" She said and got up. "I need to go find Jordan anyways"

"Its ok Jess. When I was leaving he wasn't woke yet but, I think he'll be here later"

"Ok Thanks Jasmine" Jessica said and walked away.

"Anyway I didn't know how to tell you and then I talked it over with Terrance and he said that he understands that you were here before him so you might be a little"

"Sad" I said.

"No worried about me" She said and held my hand. "Why would you think I'd say that"

"I don't know" I looked around and back at Jasmine. "So what happened between you and Jessica"

"We're just friends she called and said she was sorry" She said and looked at her phone. "Kinda weird" The bell rung and we got up.

"Well i'll see you at lunch"
