Last night was the most terrible and scary thing that has ever happened to me in my life . This mourning was the only good thing that happened . Reis mom told me that she got there in time for rei. She took her to the hospital and that was the last piece of information I got from her mom.
I got up and got dressed in grey sweatpants and a white hoodie . I put my adidas all stars on and grabbed my bag and phone . I went down stairs and saw everybody there sitting in the living room watching tv. They all turned and stared at me with a confused face. I put my bag down and walk behind the couch and grab out my tickets for New York. Their faces went straight to shocked . My mom looked so sad . But that's when I pulled out three more tickets . They looked at me and at eachother and ran upstairs to pack their bags. I laugh at them and sit down to wait for them to get down .
We get out of the airplane and get our luggage . Rei and her mom don't know we came . But we are all really worried about her so we came over to her . We get a cab and start our way to the hospital .
We talk to the person in the main front of the hospital for rei. She let us up to her room .
I walk into her room and see her mom sitting next to her in a chair and holding reis hands. I saw reis cut and my eyes started to get watery . I drop my bag and that made reis mom look at me . She was crying . She sees us all and she gets up and hugs me and the rest. When she let go of me I walked over to rei and sat in the chair her mom was sitting in . I grab her hand and kiss it . She felt so frail. Why would she do this ? Was it my fault? God why am I so stupid . She should've never even met me or Levi or Rachel . She probably wouldn't be in the hospital right now to be honest . They all went to go get lunch and me and Levi stayed with rei . I was on one side and Levi was on the other .
I really wish rei would wake up . I know she's alright and ok, but I just want her to wake up . She's not in a coma thank god . She's just resting because the doctors gave her some type of medication that made her tired and loopy .
Me and everybody else went to talk to the doctors . They all walked out and I was starting to walk out but I heard a voice behind me . A female voice . I turn around and see rei sitting up and looking at me . She looked happy then she had a confused face on . "Omg rei?" I say not believeing what I'm seeing at the moment . I run over to her letting the door shut . "Um who are u?" And that's when my heart broke. "Um rei it's me Jesse . Ur bestfriend?" I say trying to refresh her memory. She looks even more confused then ever. "You really don't remember me?" I say letting a tear slid down my face . The girl I love dosent love me and dosent even remember me anymore. She looks at my sad face and smiles. Now I'm the confused one here. She starts laughing . " Rei?" I ask looking at her . She grabs my hand and pulls me on top of her . This must be the medication. "Jesse I'm joking . I know who u are ." She says laughing and playing wit my hair . I was so happy she knows who I am and remembers me . But why would she do that I got so scared that I was about to cry and I let one tear out and shit . "Why would u do that to me rei?!" I asked her getting up kinda mad at her . She just looked at me . "Because I wanted to know what u would do if I really lost my memory ." She says truthfully . I think. "You should know that I care and love you rei . I would help u remember me." I say all thoughtfully. She looks down . Now I felt bad for getting mad at her . I mean she is hurt physically and mentally. She is in the hospital. I saw a tear fall off her face and onto the bed . "God I'm sorry rei." I say and sit with her . I go and went to kiss her cheek but she moved and lightly grabbed my face and kissed me . Her lips were so soft and this kiss meant so much on both ends . Mine and hers. Was she not mad at me anymore ? She pulls away and I open my eyes and look at her into her eyes . Her Beautiful blue eyes. She smiles and blushes at me . I lay down next to her and pull her down with me and kiss her again . It this time people came in . Levi. Rachel. Mom. Reis mom. They looked at us and smiled at us . They run over to us and hug rei. I was so happy right now but all that went away ..
