A Single Rose
Chapter 4

I walk over to my closet and skim through it until I see a comfy black tank top with black yoga pants. I throw them on my bed and go back to my closet.

I pull open a drawer that my socks are in and pull out some winter looking socks. I throw them on my bed and then close my closet doors.

I walk into my bathroom and get dressed. I take my pink hair tie I wore today in my hair and pull it out placing it in my hair tie bin while turning the light off.

I walk over to my shoe rack and find my favorite little black slippers. I slip them on and walk down the staircase when I hear the doorbell ring.

I walk into the living room picking up the $25 off the coffee table and walking over towards the front door.

I open the door and am greeted by a cute guy. He seems around my age with bright blue eyes, caramel like hair, tan skin, and a bright white smile.

"Here's your pizza ma'm, that will be $24" he says with a light smile.
I smile back at him and hand him the $25.

"Thank you" I say smiling while holding the pizza box. "You're welcome, have a nice night" he says smiling while tipping his hat.

I giggle at his nice gesture which causes him to shake his head and chuckle. I go back inside closing and locking the door behind me.

I go in the kitchen and set the pizza box down on the island table. I go over to the cabinets above the sink and pull out a plate which I set down on the island table.

I open the pizza box and my eyes turn into hearts and my mouth drools at the sight in front of me. It's a huge large cheese pizza, all for me! I giggle to myself while picking up pieces of the pizza placing them on my plate.

Once I have 3 slices I decide to put the rest in the fridge so that way my parents could possibly have some to. I open another cupboard and pull out a glass then place it on the counter. I open the fridge again and get ice tea.

I pour the ice tea in the cup putting it back in the fridge once I'm done and carrying my glass and plate out into the living room placing it on the couch.

I turn on the tv while I settle in starting to enjoy my mouth watering pizza. I lay down on the couch once I'm done eating and I start to feel my eyes getting heavy.

I fight the feeling off for a total of 2 minutes until I can no longer hold my eyes I open and I fall into a deep slumber without a care in the world.
