Chapter 18

I woke up from a well rested slumber. I rub my eyes to help me become more awake. I feel arms tightly wrapped around my torso.

I look over to my right and witness a happily smiling Lauren looking at me. I giggle and start to blush.

"How long have you been laying here looking at me like that?" I ask giggling. Lauren laughs lightly. God her laugh, it will be the actual death of me one day.😍😩🤤

"Only a little while. Sorry if it freaked you out, but I couldn't help but look at you because I think your the most beautiful girl I've ever met and then when I realized that you are all mine, a permanent smile had formed into my face" she says kissing my temple.

I smile and snuggled into her placing my head on her chest as she gasps at my sudden action. She very swiftly though wraps her arms around me tightly protectively and kisses the top of my head making it tickle a bit.

We stay like this for a good hour just talking about random things and how we're both glad that we met each other and all the things we want to do as a couple in the future. It was relaxing. It was peaceful and I enjoyed it completely.

"Hey I have to go now because I have to get ready for an wards show tonight but I will see you later alright?" She says hugging me tight. I didn't want her to leave but I knew it would be selfish of me to make her stay here.

"Okay I'll call you later tonight then. just let me know when the awards show is over" I say smiling at her.
"I will, love you" She says kissing my temple.

"I love you too" I say kissing her cheek making her smile but blush. "Awe Lolo! You're blushing!" I say gushing as she gets embarrassed.

I laugh lightly and smile. "Staph!" She says blushing even more. I laugh again. "Alright, alright, I'm sorry. I love you, see you soon" I say hugging her again.

She hugs me back. "I love you too and see you soon beautiful" She says as she opens my bedroom door quickly disappearing and then I hear the front door close.

I look out my bedroom window watching her get in her car and speed off down the road until I can no longer see it. I begin to feel cold and lonely but none the less I continue my day knowing I'll see her again soon.

It's been 1 hour since Lauren left and it's now 3:30 pm. I'm down stairs baking cookies when I hear the house phone ring. I pick it up pressing down on the answer button and place the phone up to my ear.

"I'm coming over." Is all I hear until the person on the other end hangs up. I knew exactly who it was and they sounded just as furious with me if not more than they had the last time we talked.

It was none other than, Stella.
I should have known that she still stalked me on my social media's and would soon see the confirmation post of me and Lauren.

I mentally scolded myself for being so naive and stupid as I hang the phone back up. I take the cookies off the pan and put them on a plate in the microwave.

I'm taking off the cute little flower patterned apron I have on when I hear the doorbell ring. I take a huge gulp placing the apron where I got it from making my way towards the front door.

I open the door slowly but not all the way so we can see each other, but she can't fit through the door to come in after me.

To say this girl scared me would be an under statement, this girl had me scared shitless already and we hadn't even exchanged any words to one another yet.

But I knew why she was here and I knew for a fact that by the end of her unwelcome visit she would leave more pissed off than when she arrived and I would be sunken to the floor letting small sobs escape my mouth as the bruises I am bound to have blacken.

"Why are you here?" I ask shakily. "We both know why I am here Mags" She says coldly. Shit, I might have to schedule a funeral for myself by the end of this conversation.

I go to close the door but she stops it with her foot. I stare down at her foot and then back at her with horror evident on my soft face.

There was no hiding the fact that I was beyond startled by her presence and I knew for a fact that she knew I was by now.

She swings the door completely open and it hits against the wall causing the whole house to shake and my stomach to do summersaults. I turn around and head straight for my bedroom door.

"Maggie Moraine Lindemann get your ass back here!!" She screams causing my heart to skip beats and I scamper up my stairs trying to put major distance between us both.

I dash into my room and go straight for my phone opening my text messages from Lauren. I don't even hear Stella come up the stairs or walk into my room. I can only hear my heartbeat rapidly palpitating in my ear drums.

"Are you texting her?!" She yells causing me to shriek in a panic and drop my phone as i hear the screen crack instantly when it comes into contact with my hard wood floor.

I look up at her as my eyes begin to water. She takes slow long strides getting closer to me causing me to scoot all the way back hitting the wall behind me.

"You know, I didn't want have to do this Mags but you've left me no choice." I look at her confused but stay still. "D-do what??" I ask. She turns to me looking me straight in the eye with rage.

"I'll have to get rid of her.." her voice trails off as she turns around opening my bedroom door to leave. "No!" I shout causing her to turn around with a furious look on her face.

"P-please you can do whatever else you want just p-please don't hurt her?!" I beg tears streaming down my face as I'm not sitting on the floor.

She looks down at me with guilt washing over her face. "Mags please don't cry, I'm sorry I scared you but I love you and I don't want you to be with anyone else but me" She says starting to cry.

I stand up and look her dead in the eye feeling my blood boil from with in my tiny framed physique. "If you're going to take her away from me then just kill me!! I refuse to live with out her!" I scream right in her face crying uncontrollably.

"Mags I'm not going to kill you! I don't understand why you can't just love me! You did before!" She says crying. "That's before I found out you were stalking me and had a underlying obsession with me!" I yell.

All of the sudden I hear someone barge through my front door down stairs sounding frantic. "Mags!" I hear Lauren scream. I look over at Stella with concern but she puts her finger up to her lips indicating I need to be quiet.

I run over to Stella and use all my force pushing her down to the floor and running out of my room. "Maggie!" I hear her scream crying.

I run down my staircase and into my living room. As soon as I enter I see Lauren turn around with wide eyes and gasp. I run over to her and jump into her arms sobbing. She wraps her arms around me tightly and kisses my cheek.

I jump down from her embrace and wrap my arms around her waist as she puts her hands on my cheeks forcing me to look in her worried eyes.

"Hey hey, you're okay everything is going to be alright princess I'm here now" she says hugging me. "What happened Mags" she asks looking at me.

Before I can say anything I hear footsteps running down my stairs and stop in my living room. "What is this?!" Lauren looks down at me immediately and I close my eyes tensing up in Lauren's arms.

"Who the hell are you and what are you doing in MY girlfriend's house??" Lauren asks sharply raising an eyebrow while shooting daggers at Stella.

Stella laughs at Lauren's words shooting daggers at her. "I'm Maggie's girlfriend." She says smirking cocking an eyebrow.

Lauren looks down at me in hurt and confusion. I thrash myself out of Lauren's embrace and turn around shooting daggers at Stella.

"What she meant to say was ex girlfriend." I say coldly looking back at Lauren as she looks at me with love evident in her worried eyes.
