Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité
By: MoiI but a child could not deduce,
The royal actions which produced,
This bloody time for all of France,
When all the people did advance.
First was the storming of Bastille.
Then, Robespierre came up with zeal,
And with him came the Reign of Terror,
Where one bad word would be their error.
My mom said that all this was just,
But I just looked on with disgust,
As I heard them yell, "Liberté,
Egalité, Fraternité!"

In the POV of a peasant child during the French Revolution, when the people overthrew the Monarchy and started going crazy and cutting peoples' heads off.
Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité:
Liberty, Equality, Fraternity.
