Saiyan 2

Chapter Two

I am engulfed in a golden light. It radiates from every pour and pulses with every beat of heart which feels like it just put on 10 pounds of muscle. I feel incredible! My body is ripped with the definition of finely worked muscle and strength. Have I transcended? Have I really become the one of legend that has been spoke of for generations? Am I…a Super Sayian?

I look up to see the massive orb of dark energy has stopped in its tracks. The intensive burst of ki pulsing from me was enough alone to stop its descent. Let’s test these new powers, shall we? I focus power into my right hand while imagining what I want to manifest. I begin pulling energy into the palm of my hand, watching as small particles of light gather into one the size of a baseball. I extend my arm towards the Death Ball, “Hey Freiza! I think this belongs to you! HHHAAAAAAAA!!”

The baseball erupts into a brilliant blast of whitish-blue light as it engulfs the bottom half of the orb and forcefully pushes it back above ground towards the heavens.

“What is this?! Where did you get this power?! Who do you think you are to challenge Lord Freiza?!”, Freiza shrieks as he helplessly watches his creation leave the atmosphere with increasing speed.

I slowly fly up from the huge crater, “You want to know who I am? Don’t you already know Freiza, look into my eyes…”

“It really doesn’t matter, you’ll be dead soon enough. Just like the rest of your stupid race.”

I rush at him with speed so fast I’m on him instantly, I pull back and release my fist into his face with crushing impact. His head snaps back as the force throws him half a mile into one of the few still standing high risers. The building itself groans under the impact of breaking Freiza’s fall before tilting and then collapsing on top of him. I can’t believe how powerful I am now, I can win and put an end to this!

There’s a single ray of purple light that pierces the debris, then another, and then more and more find there way out. It’s like the sun was covered and is breaking free. The purple light grows more intense and then the whole area explodes violently! Huge pieces of rubble are launched at me at high speed, I duck and dodge what I can until a burning SUV comes flipping my way. I reach out and catch the vehicle, just as I do a large hand tears through the vehicle and roughly grabs me by the throat . “GOT YOU NOW!!“, howls a voice I haven’t heard before.

I’m pulled through the SUV face first which explodes and splitters into a thousand pieces. I’m blinded and burned but that doesn’t stop my attacker. I feel fists the size of hams slam into my face sending me diving towards the ground. My impact rocks the very planet as I feel large fault lines crack the earth under me apart. I can hear car alarms sounding in the distance as the world shifts. Barely able to move, I attempt to rub the ash out of my watering eyes. I can barely open them when I hear the low whistling sound of something falling rapidly. All I can make out it is a flash of red color very high above me. I reach for something to try to brace myself against to get to my feet and the sound has quickly become much louder. I feel out a stable piece of earth to use and began to pull myself into a sitting position when the sound become simply deafening. I fall back as I cup my ears in pain. Moments later something lands on my chest with shocking force, effectively driving me deeper into crater. The ground rips and tears at my flesh as this force continues to punish me. The downward decent finally comes to an end as I manage to open my eyes again just to see the menacing grin of a being four times the size of Freiza. It stares at me for a moment before leaning in closer, pulling back one of its tree trunk thick arms, and proudly smashing me in the face…

“So monkey“, it howls. “How do you like me at 100%?”
