"Here," extending my free hand, I bite my lower lip as I offer her a bag of my favorite chips.

She glanced at my direction and I had to scold myself once again after my eyes recognized the fresh tears flowing down on her cheeks.

She didn't take it.

Because you're stupid. Why would she accept it?

Without even thinking, I crouched down beside her, fully adjusting my legs, hanging my feet along the edge of the lake dock like how she was doing.

But she didn't spare me even a glance.

My eyes focused on the water before us.

It's calm, and the tranquility it brings towards me felt so refreshing.

"You know, when I was nine, I broke my mom's favorite jar and I was scolded real bad for it, " I told her, the image still vivid on my memory.

My eyes stared at the water below us.

"When I was twelve, I accidentally knocked down my father's newly bought mug. I know he was quite upset about it, but he pretended as nothing happened, " I chuckled. "But it made me felt even more guilty about it."

And like earlier, I didn't get any reaction.

"When I was a trainee, I broke one of the chairs in BigHit and Bang Pd sat on it, he fell." A mischievous glint emerged on my face at the memory.

"I never told a soul about it, scared of what Bang PD will say, " I shake my head as I remember how Bang PD was so angry about the incident.

I was so scared I never told a single person about it. Even up to now, well except her.

I was rambling, I know, but I feel like I wanted to share my misfortunes with her.

"Last year, I accidentally hit Taehyung's balls he almost threw me out of the house," I was startled when I heard her giggling. I turned my head towards her direction and realizes that she was trying to stop herself from laughing.

My heart stopped beating for a moment. Her side profile looks so perfect, her cheeks a little damp, maybe due to crying but nevertheless, she looks perfect.

Her giggles soon turned into laughter, she was covering her mouth and I just watch her.

She is so beautiful...

Yet the closest I can get was her laughter...

I guess I might have to hit Jin's balls next time so I can hear her laugh once again...
