53. opposites attract (pt. 1)

Okay this storyline is so overdone and cliché but I actually have no idea what else to write about so hopefully this will suffice !!

The school's bad boy, or better known as Shawn Mendes, was every girl's dream boy. Tall, brunette, gorgeous.. you name it.
Like every other typical bad boy though, he slept around a lot, but he'd never call them back - they were all one night stands to him. They were all the same; desperate, clingy, and he just lacked interest in all of them.

well.. actually.. not all of them.

There was this one girl. She was quiet, down to earth, and outrageously beautiful. Without a doubt, she could care less about Shawn - she wouldn't even give him the time of day. Unlucky for her, Shawn found that enticing. The more she rejected him, the more he was intrigued. Though he constantly wondered why she hadn't given in yet, he adored the chase.

"What do you want now, Shawn?" Y/N asked, rolling her eyes as she continued to collect her textbooks from her locker.
"A date," he says cooly, crossing his arms as he leans against the locker next to hers.

She groans, shutting her locker. "We've been through this, NO. Now if you would please excuse me."
Shawn stands up quickly, pulling her back, "please, Y/N. Just one date. If you still despise me after it, I'll leave you alone - simple as that."

Y/N ponders for a second. The thought of Shawn leaving her alone made her contemplate about going on the date with him - after all, it was just one date.

"You're lucky that you're an excellent negotiator," she gives in, "pick me up at 7." And with that, she walks off, not bothering to look back at the smile that has spread across Shawn's face.
