That isn't fair

A week has passed and James hasn't talked to me, not even once. I feel kind of a relieved. Like he was the one who got me into detention and people were always talking that he is a bad influence and then there is Blondie. So I guess that this really was my win and his loss that he didn't come to detention on this day.

I walked down the hall when Kelly ran into me.

''There you are.'' She says at the same time wheezing.

''No, I'm not,'' I say sarcastically.

''Shut up, smartass.'' She mumbles.

''So sensitive.'' I start to laugh. She starts to drag me with her.

''Wait, where are we going, my class is another way and I don't want to be late,'' I say in rush.

''Shut the hell up already. You need to see this.'' She really sounds angry.

''Do you need cold water?'' I smile at her.

''Now is not a time for jokes, Allison, I'm serious.''

''Okay, fine.'' I sound disappointed, which I really am.

Finally, she stops walking and pushes me in front of her. I look around just to see that everybody has made a circle around something or someone and now they are looking at this. Curious as I am, I start to walk through the crowd. Surprisingly, everybody is making me a way through. Just when I get out of the crowd I wish I could disappear. Why the hell is Adam here and why is he fighting with James?

I can't watch this and knowing me, I can't just walk away. So I pull myself together and walk there. I put my hand on their shoulders before I start to push them in different directions. They seem to notice me, but before they stop Adam raises his hand and is ready to hit James. After that everything went black.

I open my eye and look around the room. I have no clue where I am. I try to sit up when sister comes in.

''Good you are awake. You are in the medical office. You got hit in the face and lost consciousness. How do you feel?'' She has a really friendly voice.

''I feel okay, considering the fact that I got hit by a boy.'' I roll my eyes.

''Yeah, that was a really strong blow. But if you feel okay then you can go. Do you want to go home or class, whatever you choose, it will be okay.'' She smiles.

''I will go to class. Thank you.'' Just then the ring bells. Great I missed my first class and thanks to Adam.

I walk down the hallway to get to my next class when suddenly James shows up and stands in my way. I move to the right, he moves to his left. I move to the left, he moves to his right.

''Move,'' I say with emphasis.

''No.'' He is stubborn. I roll my eyes.
