Chapter Fifteen
What You See and What I See

Clary
Distracted. That's what I felt whenever I walked out the entrance of my hotel.

What happened moments ago with Alec was still stuck in my head, and I didn't at all let the smile on my face disappear.

But unfortunately, it was forced to once my heels hit the ground outside, when I saw that a particularly handsome blonde stood in front of a snazzy black limo, looking incredibly famous in all his glory.

Sebastian Verlac offered me a immediate smile and said, "You look gorgeous." While walking towards me.

He opened his arms wide, and I let him engulf me in a hug.

The scent of his manly cologne invaded my senses, and I was actually drawed towards the smell.

Yet not as drawed in as I usually was like with Alec.

That revelation exploded in my mind, and I ended up just putting on a cheerful smile and said, "Thank you. You don't look so bad yourself." I backed away from his arms, and Sebastian smirked and said in a questioning tone,

"Um...I'll take that as a compliment?" We both burst out laughing and Sebastian opened the door for me, and I gawked for a moment at the size inside the limo.

"Wow," I said underneath my breath, knowing exactly that he heard that.

"Yeah. One of my favorite new models." After we both climbed into the vehicle and the driver began driving, I asked Sebastian with a hint of playful suspicion in my tone,

"Is this your way of impressing me?" Sebastian chuckled nervously but leaned in closer to me, whispering in my ear in a seductive whisper,

"Is it working?" We were heading towards very dangerous territory and we both knew it.

I was playing with fire, and any time now I would get burned.

But if I could be sneaky enough...

Maybe I could possibly get some of his darkest secrets out of him?

Leaning in even closer to him, to the point in which neither of us were even a inch apart, I brushed my crimson lips to his ear and whispered a reply,

"You tell me." His dreamy bedroom eyes met mine and I swore that he would take me right now if I let him.

This was so wrong. I was deceiving him. But it is what I have to do. For justice, for my job, for me and Alec.

Suddenly the limo stopped moving, and before I knew it, we were in front of a very fancy looking restaurant labeled in glowing neon lights: Table for Two.

I let myself smile when I saw the sign and commented, "Interesting name." One of Sebastian's bodyguards held the door open for us and as we got out, he said,

"Truly. This is one of the best resteraunts in all of England anyways. I come here every time I visit London." Sebastian held out his elbow and I looped mine through his, and as we walked towards the entrance, I nearly stopped walking because my jaw fell open.

Standing only a couple of yards away from us was two of my some of my favorite actors of all time: Kit Harington and Emilia Clarke. Also known as freaking Khalessi and Jon Snow on Game of Thrones!

Sebastian followed my gaze and laughed at the expression on my face.

"Well look who it is." He said, guiding me their way.
