The Depths

Third P.O.V
Pidge screamed floating into the wormhole. "What just happened?" Hunk asked, looking confused. "I don't know, but we gotta stay together." Lance replied, then the two paladins both screamed as they went through the wormhole. The wormhole opened dropping the blue and yellow lion as the paladins continued to scream. Lance's lion started beeping, then there was a loud crash, water was bubbling as the two lions were sinking in the water. The blue lion's alarms were blaring and Lance groaned. "Hunk, you okay? Hunk!" Lance shouted as Hunk threw up. "I'm fine." Hunk replied, wiping his mouth. "You just threw up, didn't you?" Lance asked.
"Yeah. You would too if you got sucked out of a wormhole at light speed, then crashed-landed on an ice planet and ended up underwater." Hunk said, completely explaining what happened to both paladins. "That is what happened to me!" Lance shouted. "Oh, right." Hunk said as Lance checked his lion on his holographic screen. "My main system is down. The crash must have screwed it up. Does yours work?" Lance asked. "I'm on reserve power. My lion's pretty much dead in the water." Hunk said, doing a pun. Lance groaned, "this situation's bad enough, Hunk. Don't make it worse with puns." Lance said. "I'm just shocked we hit a planet. I thought Pidge and Mattisen said space was 90% empty." Hunk exclaimed. "Well, apparently, Pidge's and Mattisen's science is wrong." Lance said. "We need to contact the others and get back to the group immediately. Hello, anyone? This is Hunk and Lance of the Yellow and Blue Lions." Hunk reported. "They know the color of our lions!" Lance shouted. "Oh, right. Okay, yeah. I always forget that. My bad." Hunk apologized, smiling slightly.

The two lions both crashed onto the seafloor, Lance groaned, "we gotta check for damage and get these lions running." Lance said. "Copy that." Hunk replied. "Oh, good. The Blue Lion's coming back online now. Welcome back, beautiful." Lance welcomed, as the blue lion used its eyes as flashlights. Lance saw something and it swam away. "Uh...Hunk, did...did you just see something swim by?" Lance asked eyes widened. "What? No." Hunk replied.
Lance looked around and saw the same thing again and it swam away again. "No way! This is going to sound crazy, but I think I just saw a mermaid." Lance said, blinking a couple of times. "Oh, boy. Okay, how hard did you bang hard when we hit the planet?" Hunk asked.
"Dude, I'm serious." Lance gasped. "Look! There it is again! Hey, come here!" Lance shouted, circling the mermaid. "Where you going? Hey, slow down!" He shouted, doing a somersault. "Lance, knock it off. We have to stay focused and get to the others...you're outside of your lion. Great." Hunk said, looking at Lance. "I know we have to find the others. I'm just saying maybe this thing can help. Also, it's a mermaid. A mermaid! Come on, let's find it." Lance said, serious, then to childish, hoping to find a mermaid.
"No. No way. Nope. Not going out there." Hunk protested.
"Okay, you stay here by yourself, in the dark, all alone in a lion that's out of commission." Lance said, obviously trying to scare the yellow paladin. Hunk swam out of his lion with his jet pack. "Don't leave me!" Hunk shouted, grabbing Lance by his shoulders.

Lance pushed a button on his suit, activating a flashlight, moving his arm around looking for the mermaid, he spotted it and the mermaid started to swim away.
"Come on!" Lance shouted, swimming after the mermaid, Hunk then followed using his jet pack.
"I can't believe this! We're really chasing a mermaid." Hunk exclaimed, smiling.
The mermaid giggled, swimming away from the paladins.
"Hey, wait, wait, wait! We're friendly!" Lance shouted, then he and Hunk both gasped as they saw a beautiful castle. "Whoa!" The two paladins said in unison. "Hello." The mermaid said, greeting the two paladins, causing them both to scream and look at the mermaid.
"Welcome to my village. Here, all are safe and warm." She said, closing her eyes with a smile. Two guards came up behind Lance and Hunk, causing them to look at the guards and scream, swimming away. "Please, do not startle our guests." She informed the guards, as Lance and Hunk both stuck their heads over her shoulders. "I am Florona." She said as the paladins looked at her. "The almighty Queen Luxia, keeper of our land, would love to meet with you." She said. "Wait. How did your queen know we were here?" Lance asked, looking at Florona.
"Queen Luxia knows all." Florona informed the blue paladin.
