Cause all of me

Loves all of you

Loves all your curves and all your edges

All your perfect imperfections

Hermione's perspective

I was woken up that morning by several brisk taps on the bay window that was next to my bed and saw Agra Cadabra, Draco's owl, rapping on my window. Glancing down at my watch that was sprawled on my bedside table, I sighed at the time that I caught glimpse of through my weary and squinting eyes.

05:06 in the morning.

Why was he even awake at this ungodly hour of the morning?

I allowed the owl into my dorm, petting it's sleek head to ensure that it didn't wake anybody else in the dormitory up. I hastily untied the letter from Agra's ankle, before prizing open the yellowy envelope.

Dear Hermione,

I'm so sorry that our double date with Blaise and Clarice was ruined by that stupid article. I am forever apologetic that it was spoiled and I really want to make it up to you - it's our one month anniversary today and I can't believe I haven't actually taken my beautiful, adorable, intelligent, breathtaking, (I could go on forever) girlfriend on an official date yet.

In case you hadn't taken the hint, I'm asking you out, Granger.

Meet me on the grass by the willow at 10. Look pretty

Love, Draco x

I smiled at the note, reading it over and over again at least three times.

As I looked at it carefully, I noticed that amid the neat slanted handwriting, were several words that he had crossed out at the bottom of the page.

They were scribbled out so darkly, that I couldn't distinguish any of the letters. It can't have been that important if he had scratched them out.

*** Time skip ***

I was getting ready for my first date with Draco since he had asked me out and to be quite blunt, I hadn't the vaguest idea what I was going to wear, how I was going to act, how I was going to do my hair, whether I was going to wear makeup.

All these thoughts were rushing through my brain like a storm. After moments of pacing the room, wracking my brains out for fashion ideas, I slumped down onto my bed hopeless, burying my face into my arms and groaning audibly.

Suddenly, my prayers were answered as a familiar ginger peeped through the corner of the door.

"Gin!" I exclaimed, flinging my arms around her, trying to forget the fact that her brother had called me a mudblood and that I wasn't talking to him

"Mione!" she said, hauling me up, making me squeal.

"Was that you I heard groaning about some form of existential crisis?" she said with a smirk

"Yeah... I've got a date with Draco. What to wear is the question?" I responded, shaking my head at her dorkiness.

"What about something... summery? It's pretty hot today. And I promise you'll be even hotter by the end of the date," she sassed me, making me blush red as my bed sheets.
