He bites his lip, and looks at mine.
I️ smile a little and look down, trying to hide that I'm blushing.
He tells a cheesy joke, and I️ laugh and look up at him.
His face is only inches from mine.
We inch closer and closer, until his hand lays on the back of my neck, and he brings my face in.
Our lips connect, and I can feel my soul light up again.
I️ can feel the flicker become a flame, and the flame turn into a fire.
When he pulls away, we're both out of breath.
I️ laugh a little, and smile.
He kisses me one more time, before he leaves me, breathless and speechless.
I️ lean up against the wall, and let myself calm down.
Only, this time the fire doesn't die down. It doesn't subside when he's away, it only grows stronger, making this different from the first time I️ fell in love.
