General Armitage Hux was nowhere to be found- lost somewhere in the crowd. You searched around, but found no trace, only a sea of rambunctious partygoers.
You could still feel the sweet touch of his kiss on your lips- a kiss he had certainly reciprocated in the moment. There was a hot empty feeling in your stomach, and you knew you needed more. But you knew as well that what you'd done was beyond unprofessional. The party was one for officers, and you had just used its customary kiss to taste your very own General. What an idiot you were. You had to apologize.
On your way out of the room where the party was being held, you passed by a very drunken Elsie, who stopped you with a firm hand on your shoulder.
            "Y-you wanna play a game, [y/n]?" she slurred, "It's r-really fun!!"
You sighed, looking for a way out.
"I uh, need to go. I have orders from the General. You have fun Else."
The drunken blonde was unconvinced.
"Oh come on, you gotta! You would have so much fun!"
It was just at that moment an equally drunken trooper swooped in the embrace Elsie in a very sloppy kiss. You stepped away as quickly and smoothly as possible.
When you finally got out of there, your ears were ringing from the loud music. The atmosphere in there had affected you more than you thought.
Then, out of the corner of your eye you saw him: Hux, sitting on a stoop built beside one of the walks meant to conceal cables, and opened for maintenance. He looked dazedly at his feet. Slowly, you made your way over.
"General, are you alright?" You asked, "You disappeared."
Hux looked up, startled. You were not someone he expected to follow him out.
"I'm fine, thank you. Just not one for parties."
"I can see that. I'm sorry about what happened back there. It was for Cyclic Pass- It won't happen again."
There, looking up at those icy blue eyes, you could've died on the spot.
"Do not worry," Hux said poshly, "I did not suspect it was anything more."
Part of you felt disappointed. Of course Hux knew of the custom. He was no fool.
            "Good."
Little did you know, in that moment, Hux's own stomach was filled with butterflies.
There was a brief moment of silence then, and it was just you two, sitting on that stoop in the Finalizer's beautifully dull hallway. The next, the General's lips were on yours once again, only this time his firm hands brushed through your hair, and his tongue waged war against yours.
You were beyond surprised, but fell into the kiss quickly and naturally. Hux's tongue was gentle and sweet, yet unrelenting. You felt yourself begin to lose touch with where you were, what you had been doing. There was only you and The General, and nothing else mattered. You brought your hands to grasp his shoulders, anything to pull yourself closer to him as you kissed and kissed and kissed.
The General let out a soft moan as you pushed your tongue further, and you felt static go up your body, with the simultaneous thought that maybe you'd regret this later on. But Hux didn't stop- couldn't stop.
Soon, you were standing, and he was pulling you quietly down the hall. You don't remember much after your lips separated, only that you were in a hall you hadn't traversed before, and your whole body was tingling. It was only a moment later when he pulled you gently closer and through the door that you realized:
You were going to his room.
