Tris POV
Ever since me and Four started being friends, I've been hanging out with the group all of the time. Christina and I hang out the most. After 5 weeks of knowing her, I'd consider her my best friend. I've told her a lot of things about me but nothing about my name. Four knows more than anyone and all he knows is "Tr...".

These past few days Four has been looking at me weird. Not his usual weird. I brought it up, but he denied it. We keep dropping envelopes in each other's mailboxes from the McDonald's money. We keep paying each other back. I'm contemplating having him come over and throwing the money in my fire pit. It's only seven bucks.

Today's Saturday, so I don't have school. I wake up to the sound of my phone pinging. I read a text:

You up?
-4

I put my phone down and go back to sleep. Five minutes later, it goes off again:

You up?
-4

I groan and slam my phone on my night stand. Two minutes later, another ping:

You up?
-4

Two more minutes later, another ping:

I'm starting to think you're not up...
-4

I stand up and grab my phone.

Look out the window.
-6

We have discovered that we can see each other from our rooms. He opens his blinds and pretends to be scared, when he sees me.

Does it look like I was up?
-6

I see him laugh. My hair is messed up and I have bags under my eyes. I'm wearing a baggy T-shirt and shorts.

You look...I don't want to say because you're tired so I don't want to die.
-4

I laugh and shut my blinds, ending the conversation. I put on a long grey dress and yellow leggings. I leave my hair down and pick up my phone.

Can I come over? I promise I won't kill you.
-6

He responds immediately.

Sure.
-4

I walk downstairs and Caleb stops me. He looks at me up and down.

"Where are you going?" he asks.

"Four's."

"Why do you look so fancy?"

"I am not."

"Whatever you say..." I walk across my yard and to his front door. He opens it before I have a chance to knock. He stares at me.

"What?" I ask.

"Nothing," he says.

"No. I refuse to accept that answer." I smile at him.

"What do you want me to say? That I was expecting you to come here with my bail money?"

"That would be much better. Yes."

"Fine. I was expecting my bail money." I have an evil smile.

"Do you have a fire pit?" I ask. He gives me a confused look.

"Yeah...why?" He leads me to the pit and burns a fire. I hand him three bucks and keep four. I tear the fourth one and give him half.

"We keep paying each other back, so I figured that we should end the feud." He laughs.
