Chapter 10

4 days after we arrived back at the academy

I was so sick of being stuck in bed, dimitri had forced me to stay in bed and but I refused to stay in bed anywhere so he made me stay in his room where he could keep an eye on me which one thought was very unfair.
But the good thing was that he cooked and did everything is said so that was great but I still didn't like being back at the academy early.

As I sat up in his bed he looked at me with worrying eyes
"Roza are you alright"
"Dimitri I sat up"
"I know I'm just worried about you"
"Well then why don't you come and lie down and let me cuddle with you"
He smiled and lead down next to me and I put my head on his chest.

"Are you alright" I asked him
"Roza you are the one that got stabbed and your asking me if I'm alright"
"Comrade it was your father so yes I'm asking if your alright"
"I'm fine, I've been waiting for years to teach that man a lesson and after he hurt the woman i love that was the final straw" he said
I unraveled myself from him and got up out of bed

"What are you doing"
"It's ten o'clock in the morning you have had me in this room for 4 days and if you don't let me leave I will hurt you"
"Fine but I'm coming with you"
"Fine" I said getting changed

Once I was changed we walked out of his apartment and we went to lissas room where everybody was
She ran to me so fast that I fell over and dimitri looked scared
"Ow"
"Are you alright" lissa said
"Lissa you just tackled me to the floor"
"Oh yeah" she said helping me up

When I was up dimitri wrapped his arms around me protectively and everybody laughed
"So this has been an eventful holiday"
I said sitting down on the floor, dimitri did the same and I leaned back so he supported me

We all sat around talking for a while but them Alberta ran in
"Rose I need to speak to you"
I nodded and stood up and walked into the hall
"What's wrong"
"Your mother is outside"
"What"
I looked over to lissa and she walked over to me
"When I walk out that door, lock it and make sure nobody comes in or out do you understand" she knew who was outside so she nodded and I walked out she locked the door and I looked to the window where everyone was watching

"What are you doing here mother"
"Seems my daughter has gotten into some bother"
"Bother is that what you call me almost dieing"
"Oh don't exaggerate Rose"
"You never change do you,your still a horrid cow"
"How dare you" she said slapping me across the face
"If you are not gone by tomorrow then everybody is going to find out what your truly like" I said as she turned and walked away.

I stood still for a moment and then walked back into the house, once the door was closed I paced around the hall
Everybody stood there looking at me Adrian went to walk to her but lissa stopped him
"Don't"
"Why"
"Because that was her mother" she said

Dimitri walked up to me and grabbed me i tried to get out of his grasp but he knew me, so when I stopped fighting I fell to the ground crying and he wrapped his arms around me.
"I'm taking her back to the apartment" he said picking me up and taking me back to his apartment

I sat there staring at the wall of his room.
"Roza, Roza" he repeated
"Yeah, what" I said
"Are you OK my love"
I began to cry again and he wrapped his arms around me.

"I can't do this dimitri, my mother being here is the worst I just can't"
He kissed my forehead and I fell asleep in his arms.
