As quick as he could, Ivan screeched to a stop in his work vehicle in front of the police station. His heart was beating faster than ever. If one thing was for sure he had to say something to the police, he wasn't that stupid like most people in thriller horror movies.

He ran up the steps and into the station looking around frantically calling out for the police chief. Some officers that were of lower stature were trying to stop him from going into a restricted area as well as calming him slightly from his disruptive nerves.

Arthur groaned and slowly stepped out from his office, a lit cig was hanging out of his mouth slightly as he barked out, "Who in the bloody hell is making all that racket!?"

" Chief! Chief Kirkland, I need to report a missing case! My friend-"

Arthur waved his hand at the young man and slowly sat on the corner of a fellow officers desk. "Any mission persons' case must be submitted, after the total time of 24 hours. Surely you must realize that much. I'm sure your friend will turn-"

Ivan pulled out his phone, "His kidnapper sent me a Ransome message! You need to send him some help now!"

Arthur paused and slowly stepped away from the desk, his long skinny legs strode across the small floor meeting Ivan as he took the phone examining it. The first thing that caught his eye was the photo. The shock made his cigarette fall from his mouth as it hung open.

" Oh...fuck."  he cursed

Ivan was still nervous, awaiting some kind of sign that action would be taken before he grabbed Ivan and spoke up, " Vargas! Bondevick! Meeting happening right now!"

Vargas looked at his preheated lunch which looked like some type Italian cuisine cursed in annoyance as he got up and walked towards Arthur's office. Bondevick hung up the phone without letting the person on the other line know that he was parting so suddenly and quickly followed as well, letting the four men be uninterrupted in this small office.

Arthur took precautions and took off all the information from the texts of both Alfred and Matt. Saving as many as five separate files onto his computer and everyone else's back up cellphones.  Arthur took a step towards his clear erase board and scoffed at the sight before placing the printed up picture of Matt into the center of his web of crime. Lines that led to the many different kidnappings, and even that current assault from before, everything seemed to click.

" Vargas, go and request a warrant to get into Alfred's place. Maybe find some clues. Bondevick I want you to gather up as many back-ups as you can to get ready for this invasion. We must hurry since time is limited on this." Arthur ordered clearly and orderly.

As the two other officers rushed out of the office, Ivan jumped after hearing his ringtone go off. Although it was basic, right now it currently gave him uneasy feelings towards the device. His eyes looked at the caller ID and made him gasp as he added quickly, " I-It's him...the kidnapper!"

Arthur walked over and quickly pulled out something small plugging it into Ivan's phone, "Answer it quickly! He mustn't find out that you got us involved."

Ivan nodded and quickly answered the phone, gaining some courage he spoke calmly. "H..Hallo?"

The line was silent for a moment. Then he spoke, his words were smiling maliciously. "I still haven't seen you yet. Care to tell me where you are?"

Ivan gripped his hand and inhaled sharply, " I'm on my way as we speak-"

"No. You're not."

Ivan tensed as his quick reply before adding, "W-What makes you so sure that I am not...even though I am?"
