August P.O.V

I woke up with a pounding headache and my body feeling extra tired. I couldn't remember shit from last night honestly.

I flipped over in bed and dug my face into the pillow immediately filling my nostrils up with the scent of Malorie. I slightly smiled as my mind pictured her in my bed, with nothing on but a T-shirt of mines.

My bedroom door opened causing me to turn over,  then there she was. My lil sunshine.

"Uncle Auggg." Kay Kay yelled jumping into bed next to me as Mal followed her with a plate in her hand.

Kay Kay would be staying with me and Mal for the weekend. Chandra dropped her off this morning I guess.

"Hey baby girl." I said kissing her cheek and then reaching up to kiss Mal.

"Look what me and Auntie Mal made you." she said pointing to the food smiling. I watched Mal smile when Kay called her "Auntie" , I smiled too, cause this was a first for Kay to call any of my girls Auntie.

"Oh, y'all hooked me up." I said grabbing the plate.

"We made you a strawberry shake too. I'll be back." Kay said excitedly running into the kitchen. I heard Mal snicker a little to herself.

"What ma?" I asked biting into my sausage.

"Bae last night you were like extra wasted and high. I'll show you the video later." she said as Kay Kay came back into the room.

"Here you go." she said handing me the shake.

"You wanna go shopping?" Mal asked her.

"Yesss. I need some new toys and a new tutu." she said smiling extra hard.

"Well go get ready." Mal said smiling.

She didn't waste no time running towards the guest bathroom causing me to laugh.

"I wish I could join, but I gotta hit the studio baby." I said.

"It's fine. It'll be a girl's day." she said smiling.

"Why you so damn fine." I asked smiling and touching her cheek.

"I was gonna ask you the same thing." she said pecking my lips.

"Don't start nothing you can't finish now." I said grabbing her butt.

"You right, cause I gotta go and so do you." she said getting off the bed.

"Man this shit fiyah." I said to Jacquees as he played back his song "Destiny's Child."

"Thanks man." he said. "I really am working hard on this EP."

"I can tell. I like "Solider." everytime you and Quan get in the studio y'all do good." I said .

"We just click I guess." he said.

"Quees you still date that Denise girl?" I asked.

"Yeah. We doing good I guess. She just love money man, and I ain't got that much of it cause I'm just starting out." he said running a hand across his face. "Every time I tell her no, she always come with the "I'm tired if being broke" and start crying. Then my ass will give it to her."

"Man.. you know I love you like a brother, but shawty ain't good for you." I said.

"I know. I plan on ending it soon, but I ont want her ass to start that crying shit." he said taking a sip of his water. "But off of me, how you and Mal going?"
