Primitive Leadership

Day Eleven

I woke up before anyone else did, at least, I thought. When I looked around I saw a strange figure standing between my house and and Kira's house. It seemed like he or she didn't see me. I sneaked towards my house and took a weapon, designed by Sayla for special occasions, out of one of my storage boxes. It was called a 'bola' and when you threw it in a special way, it would immobilise small dinosaurs and people. I sneaked outside my house again and I saw the strange figure, who was definitely a man, staring at me like: 'oh, you were here too?' But as soon as he saw the bola, he started to run. I threw the bola at his feet and he started to scream from pain as the bola hit him. He screamed so hard everyone woke up and all came looking what happened. "Builder, what's wrong?" Sloth said.
"Is something the matter master?" Said the only one that could have said that. They saw a man on the ground with his feet wound up in the bola and his face to the ground. He got his face from the ground and said,
"I won't do any harm! I saw you guys defeating Spruce last night, and I also saw something do boom. I think you guys are amazing, especially that boom stuff."
"I'm the one who made that boom powder." Kira said to him.
"Ooh, beautiful lady, please tell me how to create that and I will follow you to the depths of hell."
"We don't even know your name, and I don't think I want you to follow me..."
"And she's my girl!" Sloth shouted at him with an angry face. "Don't you dare to touch my girl!"
Kira's face got all red as Sloth said those words.
"I'm Jay." the guy said. "I only want that boom powder." He was so hyped up about the stuff that he got knocked out of happiness as soon as Kira told him that she'd show him how to make it if he would leave afterwards. After an hour, Kira came back with a full bag of the black powder and I asked:
"I thought you didn't know how exactly you made that?"
"Yeah, that's right." She responded. "But I've done what I thought I had done last time and wrote it down on a note. Jay, here is your bag of boom powder."
"That's a lot of boom powder!" Jay almost shouted. "Thank you for explaining me how it works pretty lady."
I needed to restrain Sloth, who was standing besides me, to not give Jay a punch in his face. We saw Jay go away in the evening and gave him some cooked meat for his journey.
"Man, he was annoying." Sloth said afterwards.
"I heard that!" Jay was hanging upside down out of the tree near the gate. "I'll leave for reals now." He said. I had fixed a little more of the houses and made up a way to create neat looking, wooden houses, with the structural defence of a stone house. I did that only to my house and the community hall yet. But there were enough houses repaired for everyone to sleep in. At least, that is if Sloth, Kira and Monty shared a house from now on, because one house was completely burned to the ground. Kira and Sloth jumped a meter in the air or something when they heard the news.
