Ben woke up the next day. He was somewhat nervous about going to see some complete strangers that just sent him a letter. He got dressed and brushed his teeth. He then got into his Jeep and started driving to the address on the letter. Ben realised that Sorfela St. was where some of the giant, fancy, mansions are at. It took Ben about 20 minutes to get there; while he was driving, Ben tried thinking of a plan, just incase they weren't a dino rescue team and they were people who wanted to kill or kidnap him. That quickly didn't make sense to Ben, because how would they know about the island?

Ben soon found the house. House was somewhat of an understatement, this was the biggest mansion on the block. Ben was wondering who exactly this Madame Pom was. He knocked on the door, and waited. For a second, Ben thought that no one was home, but he soon heard a voice.

"Password?" a female voice said from behind the door.

"XY334?" Ben said unsure of himself.

A woman then opened the door. She was wearing a very fancy dress with a giant fur coat on. She seemed to be in her late 20s. The woman had her redish hair in a bun, wore very red lipstick, and had long, teal, nails.

"You must be Dr. Rodney, please come in," she said to him.

"Please, call me Ben," he said as he took off his hat and walked in.

"I am Madame Pom; you did see my name on the letter didn't you?" she asked.

"Yeah," Ben replied.

She shut the door behind Ben. Ben was a bit nervous since she seemed very serious. She took a seat at a desk near the edge of the room, and she motioned for Ben to sit down. Ben reluctantly complied.

"So, you're the one who survived Spidermonkey's island deathtrap," Madame Pom says.

"Yeah... who exactly are you, and how do you know about the island?" Ben questions.

"Well, I am the one funding the expedition to save the dinos," she says, "Me and Spidermonkey have some... history; we used to be partners."

"Uh, like, married?"

"What? No! We were business partners; we both came up with the idea for Dinosaur Island. We worked together to make our dream become a reality, but I soon found out he had other motives for making the zoo, so I quit working with him to fund the project," Madame Pom explained.

"So, how did he end up finishing the project?"

"I'm not sure, that's why I had to talk with you, because I have a special assignment for you if you do decide to go on the expedition."

"What is it?" Ben asks.

"I want you to kill Spidermonkey," Madame Pom says very seriously.

Ben went pale. He knew about all the things that Spidermonkey had done to people, but he thought that killing him was a bit overboard. Ben thought Spidermonkey likely deserved to die, but he didn't want to be the one to kill him.

"Since I signed a contract with Spidermonkey, that I didn't destroy, I technically own the island and the dinosaurs, since Spidermonkey's location is unknown. I want my stuff back, that is why I'm funding the rescue op." Madame Pom says to get off topic.

"So through a legal technicality, you own Spidermonkey's whole company?" Ben asks with a confused look on his face.

"Precisely, but only half of it, since Spidermonkey still owns part of the company. That's why I want you to eliminate him, so I can own the dinos and put them somewhere safe, so no one else has to die from Spidermonkey's psychotic plan."

The plan made perfect sense to Ben, but he still felt that this Madam Pom still had some sort of other selfish motive that she didn't explain to Ben.

"So, are you in, or not?" Madam Pom asks with some annoyance in her voice.

Ben sat there and thought about it for a long moment. He eventually made a decision.

"I will go, but your crew, that's going, will listen to me and take my advice about anything on the island, and I can't promise that I will kill Spidermonkey," Ben explains.

"Good enough for me, I got a list of all known creatures on the island from your pilot friend; I'll give you a call when it's time to go."

Ben says goodbye to Madame Pom and drives back to his house. Ben was starting to have doubts and second thoughts about going to the island. What if the same thing happens as last time, except with more people. Ben shook his head.

"If they're capturing dinosaurs, then they will likely have the proper equipment," Ben thought to himself.

Ben got ready for bed and went to sleep.
