Woot woot! Another poem!! I rote this one for Language arts a.k.a english. Im going to have to get used to calling it that, a lot of people dont know what I'm talking about lol! anywayser, this on is called 'Catlike speed' which is, hm, how to put it, real odd? I say this because well, it involves water.. well find out yourelf anyways...

-Catlike Speed-
The whistle blows, the time starts
and I am off.
Thinking of nothing
but the strokes I take.
Focused
on succeding. I'm no longer
Slicing the water with closed fingers but,
pushing though tall grass
with huge paws.
I
become
covered with
spots,
then furry, water rolling off
shining in the sun.
Faster, Faster, Faster.
no one can see me when finally,
I stop.
I've got my prize.
