Alone. Keith felt alone. Even after 7 months of being in a relationship and only recently breaking it off, he still felt alone. One night, he found a blind date flyer posted through his door. On the front was a number to call and book a table. Keith had to tell them his name, age, sexuality, appearance, height and birthday. "Why do I have to tell you this?" He sighed, slouching on his bed. The voice on the other side giggled. "Oh...no reason. Just so we get your details and call you back if we find a match for you." Keith scoffed, rolling his eyes. "Yeah, if."

A few weeks later, Keith's phone buzzed. He picked it up, unlocking it and viewing the message. "I have a match?!" He screeched, his voice breaking. Keith reread the message multiple times before it went in. "Wait... I have to be there before 6pm?" He threw his phone on the sofa and sprinted to his bedroom, his feet thudding on the floor boards. "Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit." Keith muttered to himself, stripping from his comfy clothes to something he thought was at least presentable.

Keith sprayed on some deodorant, pulling a black vest on and picking a red plaid flannel shirt. Almost immediately after, Keith pulled open his trousers draw and dug around until he found his black jeans. He ran to his closet, picking his red converse sneakers out and quickly squeezing his feet into them. Keith walked to the bathroom, standing in front of the mirror and Looking distraught at his hair, before taking a brush through it. Eventually all the knots were gone and Keith was able to run his hand through his hair without screaming. "Something's missing." Keith thought out loud, walking back into his room as his eyes flicked to the red beanie he'd bought a few months ago but never actually worn. Keith grabbed it, pulling over the crown of his head. He didn't bother to check it before running to the door and slamming it behind him.

Keith was halfway down the stairs of his apartment block when he realised he'd forgotten his phone and ran back up to get it.

Lance had been at the café for 17 minutes, sitting boredly in the back corner on a table for two, even though it felt like a table for one with an extra chair. Not long ago, Lance had realised that his love life had consisted of classic girls that moan a lot, want to go shopping, get manicures bitch about their friends behind their backs. Lance didn't find it very appealing, but he'd have the occasional fling.

Lance pulled out his phone, his eyes reading a message from one of his games. "Okay,  okay,  I'll play." Lance unlocked his phone and began playing the game, turned out to be Magic Piano. He quietly played the songs for about 5 minutes before he was interrupted. "Hi.." Lance paused the game, looking up. A boy, black hair, violet eyes, pale skin, but completely adorable, stood infront of him, his hand resting nervously on the chair. His eye's widened and he felt the blush creep over his tan face. "Hey." He returned, smiling.

"May I sit?" The boy asked, a tone of fear in his voice. Lance sat silently, before shaking himself back into reality. "Yes! I mean...I'm sorry but you're just so beautiful." Lance's hand covered his mouth. The boy blushed, sitting down. "Wow..thanks. I'm Keith, by the way." Keith held out his hand. Lance grinned, his eyes lighting up. "The name's Lance." He put his hand into Keith's and shook it.

"How long were you waiting?"

"About 20 minutes."

"Oh shit, I'm so sorry. Lance I-"

Lance leaned over the table and cut Keith off with a soft kiss. He pulled away from Keith reluctantly. The two boys stared into each other's eyes. Keith, in a flash, leaned over the table and pulled Lance over to him by the collar of his shirt and pressed a kiss on Lance's lips. "We should get going." Keith whispered. Lance raised his eyebrows.  "We've only been here for a few minutes."

"Yeah, but you've been here longer. Anyway, I'd prefer to have a burger."

"True. Wanna meet my family?"

"Sure, how many of them?"

"4 sisters, 3 brothers, 14 cousins, 3 aunts and uncles. "

"Oh jeez, that's a lot of family. Well, how do you know if they'll even like me?"

"Don't worry, babe. They will."

"Babe?"

"Well,  we're together now, right?"

"...Yes?"

Okay,  so I know this is very crappy but I tried to get something done for you. I was bored and in need of inspiration.  Also if you have any ideas on some one shots, please let me know. I have writers block for this book.

Also, I was listening to Hamilton while writing this. ★

Well anyway, I'm up for any requests.
