I never used to understand why wattpad authors could be so late with updating but now I do cause it's been a really really long time. I'm sorry guys.

"What did you just say?" I said in a voice that was almost a whisper.

"She is in another dimension, I can rule out one of them because I would be able to track her if she was in my ....fathers dimension because that is where my blood comes from. But she isn't. And only one creature can track through all of the demon dimensions and that would be a greater demon." Magnus admitted.

Reina, we could.......

Grayson do you honestly think that is a good idea?????

I shot the boy an incredulous look.

If it's out only hope at finding our mom then anything and everything is a good idea at this point.

Just as I was about to respond Magnus interjected. "I can tell what you two are doing and while you are in my house I would appreciate it if you two would share any ideas that you might have."

"Well Grayson has an idea....." I trailed off. "But I don't think anyone of you three are going to like it."

"Spit it out Grayson! We all want to find your mom, we are willing to do just about anything at this point." Clary was concerned and you could head it in her voice.

"Ok, so we were thinking that we could summon a greater demon- LET ME FINISH FIRST!" His voice turned sharp when he saw that Magnus, Jace, and Clary were all about to interject. "Not just any random demon, that would be crazy, we wanted to summon our quote on quote grandfather. Our mom did it several times when she was younger, including the day that we were born because of certain complications."

"Grayson are you mad??" Magnus shouted. "We cannot just summon up grater demons. Especially not in New York with all of these mundane people that he could kill."

"He wouldn't do that." Reina said. "He has never betrayed our trust when we have summoned him, he stayed in the pentagram, whether it made him or it was by his own choice. I trust him wholeheartedly, whether he is a demon or not. I'm mostly a demon afterall and you guys trust me."

"But we can't just trust a greater demon Reina!" This came from Jace.

"Fine, Grayson and I can do it ourselves. If you won't help us." I started to stand.

"Wait." Magnus spoke. "I know a way we can summon him and keep him from harming anyone if he tries to escape. But we must go somewhere else. Follow me to the roof my friends."

Once we made it to the roof. Magnus started to put up wards around the roof. Like a giant orange forcefield covering the roof. Clary got to work drawing the pentagram with help from Reina. All of these things combined should be enough to keep Canicus at bay if he should try anything.

"Okay I think that Gray and I should be the ones to talk to him, he's not going to trust outsiders" I said as we finished the pentagram.

"If you think we are leaving you alone with a greater demon you have another thing coming!" Clary started to yell in her protective way.

Magnus interrupted her before she could get too far, "actually she's right, he's likely to only talk to them because of the blood in their veins." They shared a look before he continued "we will wait on the other side of the roof while you two work, just try not to anger him in anyway because while my wards are strong they aren't impregnable."

Jace clary and magnus made their way across the roof to the other side, while Grayson and I took places next to each other a few feet away from the pentagram.

"You ready?" Gray asked with a bit of worry in his eyes. They may be black but they show his feelings to those that know him well.

I took a deep breath before nodding to him. Any thing for mom right?

We each took another breath before facing the circle and beginning to summon him. Upon the third call of his name, a darkness surrounded my eye sight and we fell.

We appeared safely in a dimly lit corridor, the thing of some nighmares.

Where are we Rein?

His realm, I can feel him...... his warmth, he knows we are here.

Gray gave me an odd look but I knew he trusted me. I had a sense for these things. I grabbed his hand and we started to make our way down the hallway, using only my feeling to guide us. We reached a large room big enough to be a sort of ballroom if this weren't a demon realm.

We stopped only two feet inside the door, we could go no further it was as if a shield of some sort had went up.

You won't be coming any further children. A foreign voice entered our minds in the way that we only spoke to each other. I mean you no harm but I can say the same for others in my realm. Come any closer and your lives are not mine to protect.

We could not see where this voice was coming from, and nor did we really want to.

Grayson looked at me before speaking "Can-"

Mind speaking only lest you want to attract other listeners. Your thoughts are safe with me.

I took it upon myself this time. Our mother is missing, we need-

Incredible, child do you know what you are?

The voice somehow seemed closer as we saw shadows moving in the distance. He was coming closer to us.

My palms were staring to tingle and sweat. As if the power was being pulled at by another force. It rose to the top of my skin and I could feel my body begin to glow, not burn but glow with light. The same was happening to Grayson.

I knew you two would be powerful but I didn't imagine this. Astounding.

What are you talking about? Grayson and I exclaimed In unison.

Of course you don't know, this is a demon legend not a shadow hunter legend how could you? He laughed and finally a man came into our view. A handsome man, about the age of fifty, but he had no discernible features. I figure this form will make you the most comfortable speaking with me. It's time I tell the two of you a story.
