SM Entertainment has mediated with EXO’s Kris at the Seoul High Court.
The Seoul Central District announced today, June 11, that SM Entertainment has conducted mediation with EXO member, Kris, who has submitted a lawsuit to terminate his contract with the agency. The mediation is the last step that could be pulled by the agency and Kris’s party to reach an agreement.
If both parties could reach an agreement, then its legal proceedings would end much quicker, however if they did not, then they have to be ready to carry out legal proceedings.
Kris has sued SM Entertainment to terminate his exclusive contract with EXO on May 15. There is still no official explanation on the main reason why Kris has sued the management.
